Little haven of peace, great staff, altogether a very pleasant night's stay there.

The spa staff provided extremely poor customer service and displayed a high level of unprofessionalism. Upon our arrival, the two individuals manning the spa reception were uncooperative, confrontational and discourteous. A huge let down and quite frankly it was a horrible experience. Fortunately the situation was turned around by the exceptional efforts of Maidie, who attended to us during dinner. Maidie exhibited flawless customer service from the very beginning, turning our dinner with two children into an absolute delight. She diligently ensured that every aspect of our dining experience was perfect, paying meticulous attention to even the smallest details. Maidie displayed great empathy towards our circumstances and recognised the challenges of dining late at night with a young family and kindly allowed us to move to the lounge area to finish our meal. This remarkable level of service continued during our breakfast and lunch the following day, with Maidie tending to all of our requirements.

The spa facilities were some of the best my wife and I have ever experienced, featuring some unique sensory areas such as the “four seasons”. The food was also exceptional and service in the restaurant was first class.

Breakfast was poor with no plates, cutlery, Scrambled eggs, Orange Juice and stale pastries on the second morning! Ramshackled remains of food on display. The duty manager did give us 50% discount on this awful breakfast. Dinner service was extremely slow (3.5 hours).

Spa was excellent. Dinner was delicious. staff were very polite and helpful.

Big wasp problem outside. Breakfast was fairly poor choice and you are left to work out how to use the coffee machine with a technical issue. No one to help. No glasses for juice and no plates out, had to find someone to ask where they were.

Clean sparkly hotel, comfortable rooms staff friendly evening meal was very good.

The trade-off of "esprit de sport" came in the morning where breakfast was not too over-organized, to say the least, but it fitted the easy going atmosphere and bright mood of happy clients. Golf Club-Yacht Club ambiance! The attending lady managed it all alone and was adorable. We didn't dislike it. Thank you so much.

After driving through miles of fields and deep forests which you can only find in France you would never expect a Domaine of this quality nestled in neat golf fields and with its own fish pond. The experience is enhanced by the very friendly welcome and help by the young family. There is a flair of action and sport around the place, with nice and easy contacts across the guests and players, not so obvious in our world these days. Dinner was excellent and topped it off.

The dining room was a bit utilitarian and lacked atmosphere and the expensive red wine we chose was served too cold.

Fantastic room and lovely helpful staff all speaking good English. The food at dinner was excellent. They welcomed our dog and allowed her to come to dinner with us.

A bit far away to get to from the main motorway. To get to spa had to go through dining area in bathrobe. Spa not in or connected to hotel. No cover to get to spa so as rained got soaked.

Food terrible. Very dated and pretentious but with zero flavour. Bar drinks also not great.

Some details didn't work, albeit the overall stay was very pleasant. The hotel is in the middle of the woods, which is what we were looking for, so it is isolated from other mundane locations. The staff in general short of good English, but we managed. Initial reception not specially warm, albeit correct. Other staff much more friendly. Room: Lacking proper lighting, it doesn't pay justice to the room itself. House keeping: Towels missing one day, garbage not taken away another day, gel not replaced another..... clearly lacks the revision from a chief house keeper that can spot these details. Food: Albeit is gastronomic, for our taste the food is just OK, but not over the moon, so a little more professionalism may be a good addition, specially as service is concerned. In general and with a few exceptions, staff seemed just training and not seasoned skilled employees.

The surroundings are stunning, the Golf course is a gorgeous site to look at and the woods surrounding the area very pleasant, you feel in the middle of the nature!

Beautiful French chateau in the heart of the French countryside.Picture perfect and a relaxing,tranquil break.Delicious food,friendly staff and a gorgeous Spa to boot! If you love golf you’re going to be in heaven.Scenic course.
