The property doesn’t match the pictures. Bad smell, mould all over, dirty toilets, shower broken, hair everywhere, parasites in the bed linen. Rude staff, no reception, I was welcome on the broken stairs. When I went complaint for the very bad situation of the room the answer was “take it or leave it” I left I will do a huge complaint to Booking, such property shouldn’t be even proposed

On the streets may have been safer and cleaner. I bet the rooms were never cleaned before. The room was disgusting, had to sleep without a blanket cause it was dirty and stunk. the bathroom was our nightmare.

The place is literally a horror show and it isn't worth it. It is so bad I don't know where to start, the walls looked stained with blood, the shower was so disgusting. The door barely closed properly, you could hear rats running up and down during the night.

There wasn't anything to particularly like about this place. This was like a nightmare.

Cleanness was terrible. Inside the room smelled bad and I saw some cockroaches in the room and bathroom!!! Even staff was so dirty. I ran out of toilette paper. There were no soap.

A dirty room on the fifth floor without an elevator The bathroom was very, very dirty To the extent that we preferred public toilets to those toilets .The bathroom had no door at all and. we could not sleep that night because of the very bad smell of the bathroom .At the beginning of our arrival, he charged us 4 euros as a text Overall it was very disappointing I do not recommend it at all

The room is very dirty and needs renovation for a long time. There is mold and dirt everywhere. In the photo the room doesn't look as bad as in reality. There was one towel for two, and the second lay instead of a rug near the shower. The shower cabin is all moldy. Unfriendly staff, we arrived at night, tired, and they kicked us out onto the street so that we would not interfere with visitors entering the cafe. At one o'clock in the morning they started calling us to find out where we were. Since we booked a room in advance and arrived at night without access to the Internet, we had to stay. We weren’t there during the day, we only came at night to spend the night. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, because it cannot be called a hotel. He doesn't meet any criteria.

I had bugs in my bed, i assumed their are dead, but to be safe i got a anti-bug spray from the market nearby and applied it in all the furniture of the room. I had a check in confirmed by booking.com between 11am and 12am, but the guy of the hotel didn't let me.get in before 1pm. I don't know who's mistake was this, but if i had a reservation that i missed i would be very angry.

The location is fine, i expected the minimum and got the minimum.

I have never stayed in such a dirty hotel room. I would have left had it not been late. Bathroom was filthy and disgusting. Even the walls were dirty.

When I came at 10 pm they ask me to wait for at least 30 minutes the room was not ready. The room was at the 4 floor with a small stairs without a lift. The bed was not confortable and not sufficient soap in the bathroom. The room and toilets were not well cleaned. There was no consideration on me
