The bed wasn’t the comfiest didn’t have the greatest nights sleep

The location was very good near to 2 train stations, shops, restaurants.

The single room I booked was small as expected, but it is in an attached building, like a small building, behind the main hotel building. There is no sound insulation in the accommodations, and it is possible to hear the alarm and the snoring of guests in the room next door or in the rooms above. In addition to the noise from guests, in the morning the maid cleaned the rooms in an extremely noisy manner. Reasonably friendly staff, but not very proactive. I would not stay again due to this experience.

The Hotel is well located, close to busy areas such as restaurants, shops and supermarkets, and it is also possible to walk to some of the city's main attractions.

The much steeper and narrow staircase than the photo showed. No handrail to step into the shower over the bath

No help from the staff member at the reception on arrival to help us with our small cases up the narrow steep spiral staircase. Very deceiving from the photos how narrow and steep this is. Helpful person on reception when we were leaving and he did help my friend and myself with our cases

The carpets and general decor looked tired which is a shame because the rest was great.

The bed was short length ways. My partner who is 6’1, slept with his feet dangling off the bed. Would have liked a room with a proper window.

The hotel was very central to the main tourist attractions. The room was a cute space. The staff were very helpful and polite.

We stayed in a ground floor room which was perfect for us. The hotel was clean and bright, the staff were very friendly and helpful and we felt very welcome. The location is also great for sightseeing and there are lots of nice cafes and shops around the hotel.

Location was amazing and it only took less than 40 mins to reach hotel from the Eurostar station. Very easy to find. The staff were very helpful. The room was nice and clean and had everything we needed.

many room face a big street with an elevated bridge for trains. i was afraid that the noise would be terrible, instead the insulation is done well and i could sleep with no much disturbance. however the view is not so nice.

This hotel (my room), near the rail it might feel noisy but it not affecting me. It seems not cleaning well I found two ants in the toilet.

The street outside the hotel feels safe. The room and toilet are fairly fine with this price, also it very close to the METRO.

Room was very compact with little room to unpack - luckily we only had hand luggage. No ventilation or extractor in bathroom. Would I book again? Probably not - unless for one night!

Staff were friendly and helpful. shower great and hot and location suited. A few minutes walk to metro station but we walked! Was 20 mins walk to Eiffle Tower

The elevator is tiny so with a baby and a stroller we had to do 3 or 4 trips to get up to our room. The elevator also doesn't go all the way up to the top so you then need to carry your luggage and stroller up a flight of stairs. The cleaner also used our bathroom when headed out for 10 minutes, she used our toilet and didn't even flush!

I didn’t like that the water in the shower did not flow with the required pressure but very slowly, that there was someone else’s hair in the bathroom, I also wish there was more choice of tea for two people and that the kettle didn’t smell like vinegar. and it would also be nice if the dust on the lampshades right next to the bed was wiped off

What a lovely cosy hotel. The staff were friendly, and the lovely guy at reception carried my giant suitcase up and down the spiral staircase. I am so appreciative of his lovely help. Breakfast was great and the staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was great as you could walk to the Eiffel Tower area, which, of course, is my favourite part of Paris

Elevator was really small but I know that typical for some European hotels.

Great location. Easy access to transportation. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Staff was awesome and very helpful.
