The hallway was a little shabby but the automatic lights worked so that was what was most important. The furniture in the room (the chairs and table) were a little worn down too, but I didn't need to use them. I would have also liked better coffee and not Nespresso but there was plenty of that just outside!

Great location next to the Montparnasse metro station and tons of bars, brasseries, and great little Parisian vibes. The bed was really comfortable, the sheets were really nice, there was a nicely accented painting hanging above the bed. There was hot water, the bathroom was all newly renovated and there was plenty of hot water. The staff downstairs were all very friendly and shout out to the other Alice at check out! I was really looking more for location and comfort rather than an amazing boutique hotel experience and this was well suited to the occasion.

the room was small, usually they give us a better room. we are 2 adults with baggage's and the room was very tiny, and they didn't bother changing it when we asked to. it's not out first time at tim hotel, but i think it will be the last

The only problem I had was that my room (607) only had one plug working so it was a bit difficult to have the heater on and charging two phones at the same time

As It is located in the middle of the city, in the morning there's a lot of noise on the street, even if it's early.

The room was really comfortable and the breakfast really good. A good proportion cost-benefit.

When we arrived at the hotel, I asked if there is another room Free bc I made a mistake when I booked the room. I was ok to pay more but apparently no room was available. “Unfortunately” our bathroom was clogged and magically we have been upgraded ◡̈

Very very basic. Could have been cleaner. House keeping wasn’t great. Didn’t get clean cups or tea/coffee replacements and for the coat per night this is the least would expect! Would not stay again.

False advertising. No air conditioner on the first day of our stay. The front desk person said they only have a heater since it has been cold in the past few days. We requested from him twice for air conditioning but he ignored our request. On the 2nd day of our stay, the front desk person turned on a switch from his station and we were able to control the air conditioning in our room. By then it had already ruined our stay in this hotel. There was no air supply in the room on our 1st night’s stay and both my husband and I were not able to sleep. Uncomfortable stay. Bathroom was not clean. I had to wear my slippers in the shower because the tiles were filthy. 2 small pillows. Phone was not working so it’s just for decoration.

1) Only one socket in the room. 2) The room is super cold (April). We couldn’t change the temperature of the air conditioning because it’s central. It was freezing. 3) Shower water was either too hot or too cold - no in between. When we complained they gave us a card for another room to shower there.

We would have liked a sachet of chocolate and a bottle of water in our room but nothing I didn't like.

We love this Timhotel in rue de gaite. It is perfect for the area we wish to be. The Staff are so friendly and accomodating , the room is clean and comfortable. We will be back again .
