Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainThe area is very recently built and only the basic infrastructure is installed. There are no reasonably priced bars, cafes or restaurantes in the area. The Novotel and the Campanile were very expensive. No others in easy walking distance.
Great location, so well connected to the airport by walking or tram, only 10 minutes maximum. Same for San Augustin train station 10 minute walk, takes longer to buy a ticket. Breakfast in the hotel was very good.

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay near the airport in a budget hotel that's clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was better than expected.

Less than 10 minutes walk from Terminal 1 of Nice Airport. Close to Tram and Train station. Clean and tidy hotel, but very basic facilities.

United StatesThere is not much going on in this neighborhood. The bathrooms are so small, one has to be careful getting out the mini shower to avoid stepping on the toilet.
Very tiny rooms with even tinier bathrooms. Everything looks new and well maintained. The location is close to the airport. The price is very reasonable.

ThailandI heard flights up to 10 pm but after that I didn’t notice them possibly because I was asleep. The room is very small.
Being close to the airport it was very convenient for an early departure. I had to get up at 4 am and the clerk at the reception desk knocked at my door as requested.
