There was a boiler or similar close to our room which made a lot of noise during the night; it was difficult to sleep.

    Friendly, tidy little hotel.

What I didn't like was on my last day, I got back to the hotel early, around 2.30pm, when I entered my room the windows were open and the towels had not been replaced. There was a fly in my room. I didn't pay too much attention to it because I thought they were probably going to replace the towels later and maybe just giving the room time to air out....so I left again without asking and when I got back around 11pm, there were still no towels. Luckily I had closed the windows earlier when I left because it was also cold and I'd have come back to a freezing cold room. My disposable tea cups weren't replaced either. There are also no disposable teaspoons in the room even though they give you tea, coffee and a kettle. How do you stir your drink? Anyway, i did ask for towels and i was given a set immediately so that was sorted and I asked for cups the next morning and was given that as well. These are material things to me, I can survive and look past it. In terms of the room itself, I took a single room and it was just right. The shower / toilet bathroom is rather tiny and rectangular. If you're on the plus side, it might not work for you. But it was clean and the water drains in the shower and the infrastructure works so again, it depends on how picky you are. I adapted. It's clean, it has hot water, it's comfortable and uts budget friendly.

I loved that it was so well located. The Sacre Coeur Basillica and Moulin Rouge is quite literally in walking distance. There are 2 stations in 2 min walk and about 3 in a 10 min walk that get you to anywhere in the city that you need to be. There are lots of shops and cafes close by, a lovely Indian restaurant next door and a mini supermarket across the road perpendicular to the hotel. Monoprix is about a 12 minute walk toward the moulin rouge. Papiles is a pretty rustic coffee shop close by.

Paper cups provided with tea making facilities. When we asked and were given proper mugs, these weren’t washed the whole time we stayed there. Regularly had to go to the reception desk for tea and coffee top ups There was a party going on at a venue across the road until 4am on Saturday making it impossible to sleep

Very centrally located property with lots of eateries within walking distance Clean modern room but very tight on space

The location, even though it is close to 2 metro stations and next to Monmarte (Sacré Coeur), is within a zone that is considered unsafe. The rooms (including the bathroom) are very small, you can barely fit around the beds. But if all you're doing is sleeping there you'll be just fine.

Our original flight was cancelled, and we could not cancel our reservation but the staff were kind enough to offer us a reschedule of our stay. It seems like the hotel has been renovated recently. The rooms are clean and tidy, very similar to the pictures so you get what you expect. They have air conditioning as well as USB ports for charging, a TV and a kettle. The bathroom is small but well equipped as well. The breakfast (between 7 and 10AM) is very good for the price, be sure to tick that box as it will save you a lot of time in the morning. As for the Location: 2 metro stations are near the hotel (2 mins and 4 mins walking distance) as well as Monmarte. The reception is always available 24/7, we never had an issue even when we reached very late to the hotel.

The single bed was too short for a person of almost 2m.

Located just a few steps from the metro station and Montmartre this hotel was a good choice. Room was separated from the main stairs with a small, private corridor and had a nicely renovated bathroom. Despite bed was really small, mattress was very comfortable.

There is refurbishment going on so the hotel is covered in scaffolding and work on the building with hammers and drills starts promptly at am Paper cups in the rooms were a bit flimsy. The lift stops on the half landing so you have to carry your cases down a few stairs.

The location was excellent close to Monmatre and Sacre Coeur and the Anvers metro from which it was easy to get everywhere The rooms were small but clean and recently decorated. We had a small balcony. The water was very hot for showers.

I did not liked the size of the room and unrestaurated stairs. Also, it does not have the frigirator.

The room was rather small, but that was no problem for us. Due to the building structure, the elevator stops only between floors, so there are always a few steps left to access the rooms. Again, no problem for us. The breakfast buffet was rather good, but a bit pricey.

The location in Montmartre ist great and also well connected by public transportation. The beds are comfortable, the bathroom is fully renovated and we had a nice balcony to a typical parisian street. The neighbourhood is quiet and nice to walk around.

Some noise from street but it's Paris central location to be expected, some earplugs solve the problem.

Room is good size. Comfortable beds. Great central location, near the metro. Good affordable food options in the area. Felt safe at night to go out, no problems with the area. Breakfast was very good, lots of options including eggs and sausage. Overall great place to stay. Room is very clean no issues with that. There was an electric clothes dryer which is great. Great views from the windows. Would definitely go back again.

Lift entrances are at the staircase between the upper floor and downside floor, so you have to move your hefty luggage either upwards or downwards to your room.

Room is not so big but it's OK, and clean. location is great with two metro lines just within walking distance so it's easy to go anywhere in the city. Breakfast is nice, and staffs are friendly.

Not much supermarket and restaurants nearby.

It’s surprisingly quiet neighbourhood, even if you open the window at night, we did not hear that much noise. Very near to Gare du Nord but without the noise of living near the hotels in Gare du Nord area.
