The staff are far from being friendly, specially the ones on the swimming pool. Completely unfriendly.

Unfortunately bedroom didn't have very efficient air conditioning, or a fan, and we stayed during a very hot period so it was a little uncomfortable. We were not told only short shorts and not knee length shorts were allowed in the indoor pool. My husband only had knee length shorts and was challenged. Fortunately he was allowed to stay in the water. We had bought flip flops the day before as were read they were required only to find them provided! He could have bought short shorts is he had known.

Room was beautiful with coffee machine and balcony. View to the sea was perfect. Outdoor pool was wonderful, only thing to make it better, some area of shade. Spa area and massage excellent. Bar and meals exceeded our expectations. Location great. A perfect getaway treat

There was not enough shelving in the bathroom for personal toiletries. There were not enough clothes hangers in the wardrobes There was very little English television A guide to the times and usage of the facilities would have been useful2a2

We loved everything from the moment we arrived. Ease of parking, the room with a sea view and the fantastic warm seawater outdoor pool. We booked a table in the restaurant for evening meal and we’re not disappointed. All in all it’s a superb hotel.

Relatively expensive, but that was partially due to timing of our visit (long week-end with many tourists in the region).

Location is great, just on the coast with unobstructed view of sea. Walking distance to city centre, but in a quite area. Big parking lot. Two pools (indoors and outdoors), as well as other amenities. Good choice at breakfast.

Room was not as requested - pretty small (considering the hotel standing) and noisy by the way. The SPA facility was overcrowded despite the COVID crisis - shifts should be organized as this is definitely a cluster place - due to this we have decided not to use it. All parking spots in front of the Hotel are marked for handicap persons but fully used by regular cars (i.e. without handicap cards). The Hotel should ask the local police to pass by daily as this is really not acceptable. Breakfast price is just too high

Staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful - overall the hotel is quite clean. The location is fantastic (sea front). Wifi works perfectly
