This is now with an Airbnb approach. Contrary to what is mentioned THERE IS NO DAILY CLEANING included. Apparently, rooms are only cleaned between guests (the least you would expect). Contacting the agent managing the place was not easy (being french language was not a "barrier") and while we asked for our room to be cleaned and the towels renewed at least once during our 4 nights stay, this did not happen. (we were also asked for an additional fee) Note: the equipment provided to clean yourself or dry the towels is ridiculous. Bottom line this place i snot as good as it used to be and would not stay for more than 1-2 nights.

This is used to be a very nice boutique hotel with pretty much one of the best location in Nancy. However it has changed a lot since we were last there. It is ok for 1-2 nights maximun

I would not recommend the Pierre apartment for people with balance or mobility issues, as it requires navigating steep stairs to and from the bedroom/bathroom. This was not an issue for us, but just letting folks know.

PERFECT location with easy, free parking just steps from Place Stanislas. Super easy to get in and out, super clean, super quiet. We appreciated the EV charger access on site.

The apartment was messy when we arrived and we had to try a few different contact numbers and emails in order to get in touch with the team. However, both of these issues were resolved.

Beautiful little apartment in a fabulous location in central Nancy. Amenities such as the AC, large shower, and guidebook with recommendations for cafes and restaurants were all really appreciated! When we arrived, the apartment was messy and it was clear that someone had stayed there and it was not clean. After about 15 minutes, we were able to contact the organisation and they explained that they had accidentally double booked the apartment. We were able to get clean sheets and the apartment was cleaned properly the following day. The team was very apologetic, and they were very transparent in keeping me updated on what the issue was and how they would resolve things, and they even issued a partial refund for our stay. Therefore, we still really enjoyed our stay here and we were happy with the communication and solution from the team.

Nothing really but just to note that 1) rooms on 2 floor and no lift so May be difficult for some people 2) hopefully the hotel can resolve the problem with the e car chargers

1) Location is super between park and central square 2) Parking on site 3) Flat was nicely decorated, homely and spacious . Lovely historic building 4) 2 electric charging points on site (although technical problem when we were there so didn’t work)

It is impossible to reach someone 24/7 in case of emergency.

The location was great. Close by foot to any important part of the city center. Parking was behind a gate so it was safe. Room was very comfy with good quality equipment.

We never met our host--it would have been nice to have a brief orientation from him and his ideas about what to see and do in Nancy. However, the staff were always responsive by email, and there was an information book in the apartment which answered most questions. We don't mind climbing stairs, but some people might have found them difficult, no elevator.

The apartment is in a wonderful, quiet location overlooking the large park just off Stanislaus Sq. The apartment is a little spartan but adequately equipped. It was the perfect location for access to all that Nancy has to offer in the Old City surrounding the square--lots of shops, restaurants and museums. We appreciated the instructions and appliance manuals that the hosts provided in several languages. There is no washer/dryer, but we found a good laundromat not far away.

Minor importance but the airco was a bit noisy

Beautiful building in the center of Nancy close to the Park en place Stanislas. Parking in front of the house and easy check in.

The stairs are a problem for reduced mobility but it is a feature of the building which was traditional Nancy. There was inadequate cleaning materials ie. nothing to clean bathrooms and kitchen surfaces, only a small dustpan and brush. Had to ask for additional toilet rolls. We were there a week and we did not get any cleaning service.

Location was perfect, appartment was well furnished and very quiet. The dishwasher was a bonus and worked well.

Couple of cleaning issues but nothing major. It’s an old property with character. The shower is very dark but lots of hot water and lovely towels.

I hadn’t received the code to access the house but a quick call and that was sorted. The room was spacious and there was plenty of cooking equipment. Parking was easy and very secure right outside the property. The house isn’t easy to find at first as it’s just off the road down a little private Cul de sac but it’s so pretty. The soap products is the bathroom are amazing!

The door code entry system works well. Parking and charger very useful. Our room was not made up when we arrived at the time we had agreed to check in. However, we met the owner who soon remedied the situation and couldn't have been more helpful. The position is ideal being right in the heart of Nancy.
