We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsMany rats outside the property in the evening. Price of the room service was exceptionally high (quality very good though). UberEats not available in the area (at least at the time), so room service was the only option. Hotel seems and feels very worn out and can use a big renovation. Would not come back and try on of the other airport hotels next to it.

Zambia1. Shower water was not hot. And it was not lukewarm either. Strangely, I had this exact same experience at another Hilton hotel... in Johannesburg South Africa about 3 years ago. 2. The hotel is right next to the CDG bus stop. As i walked through the Hilton car park to the hotel, I experienced a not so pleasant odor in the Hilton car park. Damaged sewer drain maybe? 3. Gym was not functional.
Proximity to the airport is very convenient. Also, one can quickly get to the hotel from the CDG bus stop.

In the morning no one answered the phone when I tried to order room service. The lady at the front desk was severe and unsmiling. Did not even respond or look at me when I said thank you.

United StatesWhen we arrived no one was at the front desk, someone finally came out and the woman was not friendly at all. Simply checked us in, didn’t offer any assistance like WiFi information or breakfast information. We figured it out on our own.
The location was great, within walking distance from the airport which was amazing especially since we got in late.

CanadaOriginal room had a bunch of long hair in the sink. Also kettle was missing. Reception gave us a second room, much bigger, but had strong smell of the cigarettes. Final room, third room, was the bigger room then the original room, clean, except for the spot of blood on the bathroom floor. It was 10.30 PM and in front of the all rooms, including ours, were empty drink bottles and dirty dishes. I had never seen so many bottles and dishes not picked up in front of the rooms.
Hotel is in the walking distance from Terminal 3 of Paris-Charles de Gaulle Airport. Reception staff understood that we had a problem with cleanliness of the original room and the second room, and they changed our room. I did find, to my joy, in the breakfast area packed, gluten-free croissant, bun, and some sweet bun. Though, they need it to be more baked or heated. I didn't see any microwave.

SwitzerlandWhen I was walking from the station to the hotel I was met with an infestation of rats. I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many rats at the same time in my life. Very scary and unsanitary. But once in the hotel there was no problem. The room was also too warm and I was unable to adjust it.
