Saudi Arabiaon the second day, i went out and came back early night around 19;h00 and we had a very bad smell in our suite ((sewerage)) for the reason i went down to front disk just to inform them if they can help in something, and here there were two receptionist the 1st was with me and she did apologise for that and was working in front of trying to find a solution for such a case. on the other hand her colleague ((Tanina)) was near to her and they she did interfere talking in French language as if i can’t understand saying to the receptionist helping me that there is no solution and there is no other accommodation as if he should go with this situation. in here i did interfere and. stopped her and asked her to be. professional and not to interfere with us if her attitude is like that!!!!! she did it even apologise for that room smell and she is asking to accept and to live the situation, even she did not think to send the housekeeping to see and evaluate or even herself unfortunately she only answer that there is no other room which i did not ask for. the only thing i did ask is to fix the situation and i am no taking this suite for free !!!! on that moment when i saw such an attitude and it was my second day. i did asked directly to checkout immediately because of the clear un professional act. directly the receptionist that were talking to me he she did apologise again from out happened from her colleague and she will fix the situation of the smell issue and that was on 14-3-2023. again on the 16-03-23 came back again late around 20h;00 from out and our suie has not been cleaned. since morning though we were out since 10am and the sign of not disturb was not on the out door handle. we did call front disk and it was again same Tanina. that she did again not. said sorry for that. or apologise she did say i ll send some one for the reason.
i did a reservation of a junior suite for six night on 13 march 2023 first day or arrival front disk receptionist was on 13 march 2023 night time around 20h;00. the lady receptionist was the best thing that was doing her work in very professional way. and with good welcoming to me and my family. breakfast area and the team working there very nice and lovely also professional in there work towards there gusts

SerbiaThe worst 4* hotel we've ever stayed at. The other issue appeared when it was time to check out. Preparing an invoice for business purposes was a big deal for a reception team. Truly, nothing was easy to resolve during this stay for me. Adding additional night was a problem again. They have misled me with a night rate, advising one figure and then a higher one. And the same was for breakfast, I had to pay additional for breakfast, and then few days after our stay receiving an email that breakfast is included in the rate. But no refund was offered. Customer service experience at Hilton Paris La Defense hotel is very disappointing and beyond Hilton Worldwide standards. I would never recommend Hilton Paris La Defense hotel nor for a business stay, neither for business events!

SerbiaThe hotel is located in the shopping mall. If you arrive by taxi, it will not be able to bring you to the front door, and you'll need to walk with the luggage. The repair works are in progress inside the building, and to reach out the hotel you'll need to pass through a strange corridor. The room I was offered had the view overlooking the inner patio of the building. You can't open the window, you can't have the fresh air, only usage of AC is available. The first thing when I got the key from my room and came in, I realized the room was not prepared, as there was rubbish from the previous guest. I was in a rush to go to the office, and had no time to change the rooms, so I called reception and notified them that the room they provided wasn’t clean.They made some cleaning, but the empty water bottle from the previous guest has been on its place for the next 3 days! At this 4* hotel noone helped me with the luggage on arrival! While they write in a bill the room rate is 265EURO, on the next days they charged 273EURO, and the next day it was 276EURO, and the next day I was charged with an amount of 262EURO. When I asked why there is a difference if the room rate stated as 265EURO per night, the lady explained "the rate changes". Wait, what?! How is that possible if it's written that the room rate is 265EURO/per night incl.breakfast?! I travel a lot both for business and leisure, and this is the first time I have such an unpleasant experience with a hotel with a 4*ranking. Just never ever stay at this hotel! You cannot get here the service and treatment of a 4* hotel, as the local team just doesn’t know what is it. I suppose you may be treated better in the places rated with 2* or 3*, or at least from a 2* hotel personnel you do not expect as much as from the hotel with a higher rating and price rate per a night’ stay. The amount per night charged by the hotel is high and it's a waste of money and disappointment.
It's very close to the office of my company which I work for. This is the only advantage of this hotel.

Israel1. it was very difficult to find the entrance, we came with a private taxi and we didn’t have an access to the main entrance. the taxi driver talked with the hotel and it took an hour to find it and even then we had to walk 10 minutes with 5 luggage outside. and it was freezing outside! 2. when we arrived, no one helped up with the luggage. 3. there was nothing to eat, no room service. 4. the room was so cold, the heating system didn’t work and we got a heater that didn’t help much. 5. in the morning, we didn’t have flowing water in the bathroom! 6. we got a super noisy room from the constructions next to us. 7. the breakfast was so poor and the staff there didn’t speak English and they couldn’t understand us! the overall experience was very poor and we were very disappointed. we booked to Hilton because we know they have great hotels all over the world and it was very sad to find out that in such a big city like Paris we had such a poor experience. so after the first night we decided to move to another hotel and the staff said they totally understand and they will refund our booking, we just have to talk booking.com about it. I will be happy to get an answer from you, since it’s my 4th message and no one replied.

IrelandBad smell in the bathroom when I came in, I had to run water in the sink, shower and toilet for 10 mns to get ride of the bad odour. Very bad TV network, could not watch the world cup game on the main French channel TF1, BBC ok. After 9 pm, you have to ring a bell at the entrance of the shopping center to get in :-(
Big and quiet room in the refurbished section but it is strange to be in the shopping centre in the CNIT. Friendly staff at reception. Very good location for a business trip for La Defense beside all towers and facilities.

United KingdomLocation is terrible if your coming in your own car you need to have the correct directions to get to the hotel parking not provided and no answer on call to front desk. Had to park illegally leaving wife and kids to get the parking information as hotel isnt Accessible from front of hotel. Under staffed at night time so if any thing required no room service. No wifi in 1st room was then relocated to another room and No fridge in room was told to come down stairs to buy from desk as they have no staff. The bed was extremely poor squeeking and screeching when sat on.

United KingdomPoor standard for hilton hotel la defence paris, i will never book this hotel ever, 70% of hotel was under renovation at the time we went there. because of the construction and drilling noise, We cannot rest at your property, dust was on the carpet, hotel smells of paint and chemical, so we have moved to a different hotel. On top its so difficult to get hold of hilton hotel customer service. Their online feedback form service is not working online form keep crashing. I called the hotel 4 times for my refund and still haven't receive. Strange Prices shows on hotel.com and price hilton hotel charge are different. Hilton hotel charge me more money for my stay. No refund received yet. Feeling frustrated with this kind of service.
