I don't expect to clean the room or kitchen or take the rubbish out when I stay in a hotel. The sheet was on something with piling, so it felt lumpy when you touched it. There was no decaf coffee and the staff wouldn't provide it when asked.I didn't therefore use the coffee machine. It seemed you got the best benefits if you stayed one night and if you stayed longer you lost out. For example 2 coffee capsules were provided but no more would be given for the rest of the stay. I didn't get to even use the 2 provided because they were caffeinated. There was a problem with the sink plug but noone sorted it out.

Lay out of flat was a bit unusual as toilet was located at entrance with no hand wash facility or bin and one had to go to en-suite bathroom to wash hands or use toilet bin, quite inconvenient.

Central location with tram stop 300 yards away, convenience store Aldi about 600 yards away, places to eat nearby and secure entry even from main entrance, staff very helpful

The small room, like bed size room basically. Toilet very small and the fact that I have to pay for the parking which I didn't know and it's 20 euro per day.

The position is great, they have covered parking for extra 20 Euro per night, I thought that was included :( The room is modern with good coffee machine for the morning however the rooms are small and the toilet is small. Over all the use of space is not good coz feels like everything is super attach but it's clean and modern and everything was working.

The electric stove could not be used properly, it didn't heat up like it should, took about 30 minutes to boil an egg. There were also some bugs in the bathroom. You need to take out the garbage by yourself, but there is no dumpster nearby.

The room was very outdated. The carpet stains were very visible and destructive. Also, even the bed mattresses (the external parts) were stained. The pillows were very tiny, and uncomfortable.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful, very patient, pleasant to deal with, and accommodating. We came early, but they made every effort to provide us with the room.

As mentioned, we paid the same for 2 rooms and one of them must have been 3x the size of the other. Bathroom is an en-suite, so if you're 4 people sharing an apartment then you don't get any privacy.

Nice looking building, helpful friendly staff, good location a 10 minute walk from the Old Town with various stores and places to eat nearby. We booked two rooms and one of them was perfect, but unfortunately the other one was absolutely tiny. We paid the same for both, so luck of the draw I guess. Pool was a nice touch.

Small but perfectly formed hotel. Lots of shops, bakeries close by for breakfast. Very close to tram stop to take you to all the action of the old town, beach and port also walkable and you discover more that way. Room was well equipped with fridge, kettle small 2 ring cooker, if your so inclined. Would stay again for short stay in Nice

Bed too small for us but we knew it wasn’t a Kingsize beforehand. Great little terrace, nice bathroom (but couldn’t stand under shower as holder fixed with tape so couldn’t be adjusted), so nice to have ice in the freezer, a kettle and toaster.

Good residential location near Nice Riquier station, 15 mins from old port but handy shops nearby. Rooftop pool area quiet and great in the heat. Friendly staff.

Not much to say here. Would have preferred if the room came with two spare pillows rather than one, given that we were travelling as a couple. Easy enough to request at the reception.

Excellent and central location to visit all corners of the city. Easy access to various modes of transport including bus, metro and train. The flat was located in a quiet area perfect for sleeping/relaxing, but close enough for restaurants/bars. Great options for food/grocery shopping with Carrefour and ample smaller convenience stores close by. Great option with a pool for a refreshing dip. Appreciated the air condition on the hot muggy days!

We were unlucky with the first room we got, it didn't have a balcony and it reeked of smoke, we did get another room but had to wait until the next day because the hotel was fully booked. The new room was great.

The location was good, not far from the city centre, we walked there but it's also convenient to take public transport. The room was spacious and clean.

First room we were offered was disgusting, stank like an ashtray. Even my clothes picked up the smell from being in there for 30min. All the clean bedlinen stank. People use the grates as an ashtray and open window to smoke outside. It had no balcony. There was stains and burn marks on the carpet. The staff clearly didn't think to clean this. How you can offer this room to a family with a child and pregnant women is beyond me. The second room was better, on the ground floor, lower than the garden. But the garden kept the place cool. The safe had mold growing inside and the grouting in the tiles in the bathroom were mouldy in places. But all in all it with the going inflated prices of accommodation in Nice in summer it was a decent place to stay. I am sure our experience is an exception to the norm. We will consider staying there again.

Location is great. Quiet but still well connected to public transport. Staff were friendly and maintenance was prompt. Family size room was a good size.
