Rooms extremely small, bathroom toilet too close to the bathroom door so you're unable to sit on the toilet because you're hitting the bathroom door with your knees, tried to turn on the electric heating and it started to stink straight away, we had to leave the hotel immediately as the smell was terrible. It took 4 months to recover my money using Mastercard chargeback, as the hotel refused to refund me. Booking this hotel was the worse experience of my life.

there was no hot water. Its December and -5 deg, we expected a hot shower as minimum. the breakfast was minimal. There was no milk and the coffee machine did not work.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the room was very cold. The room needs a good deep clean from spider webs on the top.

It took quite a long time to check-in, despite advance booking and us being the only customers waiting. The hotel is basic and the price reflects this, however the rooms were not very clean. The linen was clean on the beds, but the bathrooms & general cleanliness of the hotel were below par, even for the price.

very dirty. poor maintenance. bathroom smelled horrible. very poor value compared to Hotel B&B etc. no many residents which for high summer season tells you everything you need to know.

The room was very poor, no fan or air conditioning and it was 36 degrees outside, not very clean, very poorly maintained with the shower head taped on with black tape. Bed was so hard that it was uncomfortable.

Convenient for the Autoroute and a nice grill restaurant next door which offered a discount for hotel guests.

It was an awful place to stay! Room had damp and mould growing in the walls and side of bed! it was not clean, really small uncomfortable bed and no sound proofing at all! Doors banging all night, people shouting in the corridor. It didn’t feel safe at all.

The lady on reception was nice, but that is the only positive!

We booked the rooms very late and couldn't give enough notice to let them know we'd arrive after check-in hours, which meant that we had to call them when we arrived. The receptionist was lovely and very helpful despite the inconvenience. We really appreciated it, especially after a long car journey. The beds were very comfortable, just wish I'd had more time to sleep in! Had to leave very early to get to the Eurotunnel. The receptionist was up early and ready to help with any questions. Very conveniently located after a long drive on your way to Calais.

Everything else. Booked a family room, but on arrival told had none so out in 2 rooms. It was difficult to get in to the carpark due to security gate and not accepting thw code from booking. The rooms were less than clean and the bathroom was awful. We avoided. The beds though had clean sheets (yes i felt the need to check). Certainly a lot of noise in the corridors with young kids running around late at night. Left early morning. The receptionist on duty did offer us coffee which was nice.

The lock on my door didn't work properly, it looks like it had been forced open at some point and never repaired. The fire alarm went off (falsely) at 2:30am - no explanation was given. The sound of a couple having very loud sex in a nearby room was entertaining for a while, but after an hour or so, I just wanted to sleep. The 'wet room' style of bathroom/shower just smelled of bad drains. The smashed glass on the front door doesn't give the best first impression. Overall I didn't sleep well and I felt rather underslept for the 800km drive I had the next day. That said, I'd probably stop there again as it is positioned so well between Calais and The Alps.

Breakfast was good and the bed was nice. The location is excellent for someone wanting a break from a long autoroute drive.

it difficult to know where to start! As you reach the Hotel you have to press a button to get the large gates to open. it give the first impression of a prison and guess what you’re not far off! we booked 2 rooms, a triple and a twin. as we walked into reception passed the broken windows we where informed that the rooms preference wasn’t available and where offered 3 doubles, that didn’t work for our family group but we looked at the rooms to be sure. walking through the dark corridors to the rooms gives a feeling of terror, the smell was awful. it was a smell of cleaning fluid but so strong it stuck on you. sort of a bleached toilet smell. the rooms where very small with the bed and bedding very thin and worn there was no way I would allow my family to stay there when I informed the reception i was told they would look for alternatives again but I rejected that and left. we where charged and the hotel refuses to refund. after an abrupt no they now won’t return emails.

just 2 mins off the autostrada clean, airy, great coffee friendly helpful staff Big secure car park restaurant next door and supermarket 200 metres down the road. highly recommended 👍👌
