While the room and facilities were generally good, we didn't have adequate hot water on a couple of occasions

The location is amazing with Moulin Rouge very close and lots of amazing eateries and cafes on the doorstep

The air didn’t work in our room and the open window made our room smell like cigarette smoke. It was hard to get comfortable because of how warm the room was. The staff was not very friendly…

The breakfast starts at 7:00, but the breakfast staff needs to go to the bakery at 7:00 and then continue with breakfast on return. This meant that my colleague and I missed breakfast, because we had to leave at 7:20. The common room was great for working when it was available. One of the two days, it was full for a team presentation, so it would be good if this information were shared ahead of time. Of course, this is only relevant if you were planning to spend some of your afternoon in beautiful Paris in front of your laptop...

Ideal location, well-appointed room, good shower, comfortable temperature, elevator, and a nice common room with coffee always available. Reception staff really pleasant and helpful, even loaned us an umbrella until we could get one.

It was a bit tight. The coffee machine was out of milk. THhe staff should take care a bit more the coffee area.

Unfortunately, there was no sign to opt for a cleaner the next day, so someone walked in whilst I was napping. Although the cleaner gave me a fright, I would definitely stay here again. I just suggest a sign for the door.

Room was shabby. Bath panel rotting and coming away. Shower needed re sealing. View out of window was to dirty pipes and fag butt's that people must of thrown out windows.

The location was amazing. Right next to the moulin rouge, metro. Wonderful restraurants and bars near by. Staff at the hotel were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. Room was fine and comfortable however as with the comments below some things needed touching up

Brilliant location, taxi stop very nearby. Walk to Sacre Coeur easily . Nice local restaurants. Staff were super friendly and helpful. We will stay again. Thankyou

Superb location next to metro, buses and Moulin Rouge! Also a stroll interesting stroll to one of the nicest neighbourhoods of Paris. Smallish rooms but enough. Very stylishly decorated. 24hr desk.

Perfect location, just down the street from Alexine and Maison Aleph (both must-tries), a few minutes from the Montmartre Cemetery (the best one to visit in the city, imo), and an easy walk to Sacré Coeur. Was able to change to a room with a lovely tub for just 30 euros extra per night, which was totally worth it.

No hot water half of the days. The elevator can't fit two people. There is no light in the rooms. Just a led tape. ....a green one!!!!

The lift was very small. The location was a distance from the Eiffel Tower and main city sights. There was limited space to store our larger suitcase.

The location was wonderful with access to Moulin Rouge literally around the corner. Montmarte is just up the hill and we had our choice of places to eat. The hop on hop off bus was a 25 minute walk from the hotel and the train station was a 15 minute taxi ride. The room was clean and was serviced daily. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and shower was easy to use.

Rather small place.

Perfect location, right around the corner of the Moulin Rouge. Close to the Sacre Coeur. A lot of bars, bistros, restaurants and bakeries in the area. Beds are good, everything was clean.

At check in the room wasn't as clean as I would have expected. Also there was some confusion about room service so our room wasn't cleaned. Not a huge deal once we sorted it with the friendly staff though.
