A certain accident waiting to happen with a very heavy metal bed overhanging the head of the double bed. If you need to use the facilities in the night you had to be extremely careful not to knock yourself out getting out of bed. Walls very thin as you could hear every movement in the next room.

Good value for money and convenient for the Channel Tunnel. Friendly reception staff and clean.

needs updating really. I was unhappy that I was unable to get breakfast, as normally this is never a problem even without booking..makes for an indifferent start to the day..

We didn't mind but the bathroom is quite small and tight if you are a larger individual or need more space. Not much room around bed to store luggage if that is what you travel with. If you travel light you will be fine. Pillows soft and small if that is something that you care about.

Simple room that looks like a premiere classes accommodation. Everything was clean and just enough for one night stay. Bathroom had all that was needed but note that it is tight and small.

Need coins to access drinks machine. Had no coins left as this was a stopover on the way back home. Apart from that everything was fine.

Great value for money. Rooms clean. Nice outside garden/picnic area.

the room was small, the third bed was above the double bed so we always hit our heads. The shower room was very small, actually, it was a cabin from the ferry. The staff was not speaking English.

Room was typical for this class of hotel. Basic double and bunkk beds, clean and comfortoble for one night stay. Breakfast was good and plentiful, hrelp yoursef to coffe and juices. Playground for children

The rooms were tiny, I could barely fit two small suitcases and two small rucksacks in there. The shower wasn't big enough for me and I am only 6ft tall, not that broad that I have had issues with showers before, but this one felt like I was stuck in a small pod. The walls were very thin and I could hear people snoring all night, and the beds were very solid and hurt our backs in the morning. But for the price you pay, and as we were only there for a night as a stop-over, it wasn't that bad :)

The staff were nice, the room was clean, the location was within walking distance of some shops and fast-food restaurants, and there was quite a good amount of parking spaces. Good value for money but nothing amazing :)

Spent over 30mins in reception trying to convince the receptionist that we had already paid eventually getting the room card. No staff spoke English so impossible to communicate. The receptionist was very rude. Shortly afterwards a staff member came to our room to show me an apology on her phone after confirming we were correct and had paid. The next morning the same receptionist charged me for our dog. We will not stay here again.

The bed was comfortable and the room was ok but the shower cubicle is tiny.

Shower/wash/WC combined unit...too small and shower unadjustable...water everywhere Had asked for ground floor room as had dog with us. We were put upstairs at the end of the corridor... probably woke others up taking dog out.

It was a bit far out of town.

It was a typical chain type hotel but there were nice touches around. It was warm and welcoming. The room was functional but had everything l needed

We booked a room for three adults but the ladder accessing the upper bunk was of poor design, so much so that our son (49) could not climb it - he put the mattress on the floor and slept there.

The hotel was well located, next door to a restaurant and hyper market but quite quiet. The facilities included and area to eat in and a spacious garden . Parking was available free of charge immediately outside.

The room was very hot and no fan to cool it down, the room was also very noisy for a lot of the night, you can hear people coughing and moving around in the rooms surrounding.
