After check in we were given a room on the ground floor at the back of the hotel. There was a continuous noise in the room, a not very pleasant smell, the view was at the backyard and there was a limited signal on our mobile phones (and no data signal at all!). The bathroom had an old door leading to a yard! We asked to change room and we were informed that there was availabitity for the next day and so it happened. The new room had a nice view at Wagram str and was exactly as the photos in booking. The first room was dissapointing but the new room was as expected.

Great location next to Arc de Triomphe, close to Metro station, good breakfast, helpful staff (especially Mr Reda who was very friendly and helpful), good WiFi.

1) isn’t soundproof enough, but luckily our neighbors are not noisy. 2) one day no hot shower water, but solved around 1-2 hours after called.

The toilet was in a separate room from the sink and shower which was odd. The hallways were a bit narrow.

The location was good. It was close to the Champs Élysées and the Arc Du Triomphe and also the subway (Charles de Gaulle metro station, not to be confused with the airport).

The location of this hotel was excellent, and we walked to many restaurants and two metro stops that were very close by. Hotel staff was very nice and the room was bigger than we expected for a European Hôtel room. Very accommodating. Balcony was great with beautiful views and we used it nightly. Would stay again.

We stayed in a newly refurbished room that lacked some vital features - shelf in bathroom for accoutrements, the bedside tables were too far from the bed. The reaction of the management was, however, exemplary. They apologised and as a gesture did not charge for our four days’ of breakfast worth 96€ .

I abhorred the fact that I was deceived regarding the taxi price agreed between the driver and the frontdesk employee

Do not expect any help with your lugagge, even if the front desk is available. DO NOT ask any taxi arrangement from the front desk. I asked a taxi to the airport for Sunday 6am. I was informed that it would cost 50 euros. At the end the taxi driver said that it was agreed 70 euros. Unfortunately it was too early in the morning, my lugagge was already in the taxi and I didn’t have time to order another one. Unfortunately I realized that I was tricked as the driver called to thank the frontdesk. He didn't know that I speak French and I understood the entire content of the conversation.
