Till 1 day before checkin was allowed from 12 pm but less than 24 hours they changed the checkin time to 3 pm. Reception told, during last minute their manager took this decision and hence booking page is updated with 3 pm checkin instead of original 12 pm. I booked this hotel only because of 12 pm checkin. I had to spend time outside so i can reach only by 2.45 pm to the hotel.

Entrance parking together to a complexe building, ended up entering the wrong parking and needed to find someone to open the garage. The location is in principle ok, but with traffic jam to go to main touristic visiting areas , it took us minimum 30 minutes.

Check in quickly done (and the possibility to do it anytime you come) , and check out at 12:00 was very good.

We had requested our two rooms to be close together but had originally rooms on two seperate floors dispite having booked 3 months in advance. Staff reacted annoyed when I insisted on it as we were travelling with our kids but changed it after a bit of grumbling. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. On the second day food wasn't replenished properly and they closed the second food service area which meant long lines for everything. It was already a basic breakfast but that made it really bad. No salt and pepper provided. Location was close to the end of the metro line in an area where I wouldn't feel comfortable walking around alone at night. No handsoap provided in the rooms. Unacceptabl in covit times. Air-conditioning was not working at all in one of the rooms and couldn't be controlled in the other one.

Very clean and new. Rooms are a reasonable size. We had good views as we were on the fifth floor. Facilities were basic but appropriate for a budget hotel. Location was close to metro station. Beds were compfortable. Breakfast was OK.

The staff could not understand the English. The male person on duty was little bit supportive but the lady was not able to communicate at all.

Nothing. It was just an accommodation without the basic needs because no hand wash, no hand towel, no almirahs, no place to keep luggage and belongings, no glasses, no drinking water. Just the breakfast was fine but there were lot of people waiting for coffee at the machine. Even the lifts were fully occupied, and one had to wait for the turn. Bed sheet was not properly washed and was just kept on the bed that the customer would come and do the room keeping itself.

The room is super low quality for the price paid. I pais 30 euros in an Airbnb house that is better then the Ibis. That says everything. I've been in an Ibis Budget in Belgium and it was great. But this one was under any expectations. Not worthy the price at all. Location is also very bad.

The staff was great. Great service. The lady on the counter helped us with our needs.

No wardrobe no ventilation in the bathroom or the room, no fire alarm no telephone no hairdryer, i tried to call the receptionist to ask for fixing the TV but you cant call obviously because no telephone in the room, it costed me €8 to call the reception!!! I could have subscribed for 2 months on Netflix, uncomfortable no trolley for the luggages , basic English and uncomfortable to take the lift with all those codes then the room long code that u cant remember No hand soap at all and for 2 nights non of the vending machines worked even to buy water or some snacks I was shocked as i am Ibis client and thats why i chose it
