The room is very clean, tidy, and spacious. What's worth mentioning is the excellent location, surrounded by many highly-rated restaurants. On the day of check-out, we even met the landlord, who surprisingly speaks Chinese fluently. Both my girlfriend and I agree that we would love to stay here again next time we visit Nice. It was a very enjoyable accommodation experience!

Everything was great! The location is just perfect! The host was very helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay even with children! We really enjoyed staying here!

The bed is on the mezzanine level, which is no problem, unless you have mobility problems.

The apartment is situated just next to the Garibaldi square and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The tram stop is very close. It was easy to get in the apartment, following the instructions given by the Abeille management. The apartment is modern, with all the applications you need, including the laundry machine or the Nespresso coffee machine. Communication with the Abeille management was easy and any questions were answered and wishes adhered to with no delay. The apartment was clean and classy and the bed was comfortable.

The apartment is cozy, super stylish and super clean and you can enjoy the morning sun on the balcony to have your coffee. Everything was just perfect! We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return soon.

There was a problem with access - no 'actual' keys - which I think would be better all round. Not everyone can cope with digital / apps / codes - in my vast experience as a traveller I firmly believe that a physical key is best in all eventualities!!

The breakfast was beautifully presented and very generous - we did not expect so much!

Everything was perfect. Modern design, comfortable beds, everything what you need if you want to prepare some food. Location is perfect: in one of the trendy bar street. Access was convenient: we got codes which allowed us to enter the room. I wish to stay there our next visit

Might be a little noisy at night if you plan to go to bed early because of the restaurants downstairs but once past 11pm it’s back to a quiet neighbourhood.

The location is very good. Walking distance to the tram from airport and train station to all the nearby towns. Lots of restaurants around the area. Reception staff Eric was very helpful with prompt responses to the request I had.

Fabulous location and super chic, comfortable apartments. Lovely staff who went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed the stay and to help us when our flight was cancelled. Breakfast was delicious.

We had a great week staying at L’Abeille! I liked best the attention to detail. For example, on our last morning in Nice, it rained heavily. I was sure I’d be soaked by the time I got back from the neighbourhood boulangerie, where we had a habit of getting our croissants and baguettes. What a relief to find umbrellas in the lobby by the door! The room itself was spacious, clean and nicely decorated, including a window seat overlooking rue Bonaparte. The kitchen was tidy and well fitted out with everything needed to enjoy a glass of wine, make a meal, or lay out a leisurely breakfast for our family of four. The beds were comfortable, and we adults particularly enjoyed our sunny balcony. Although there is no reception downstairs, the manager and other staff responded to requests by email immediately and we felt well looked after. Location was better than we imagined! Walking distance everywhere and very near trams and buses, either at Port Lympia (bus to Monaco) or Garibaldi Square. Best of all was the neighbourhood full or shops and restaurants, as well as the Old Town only a 10-minute walk away.

Loved the location & gorgeous communal garden area. Room was fabulous & staff were very kind when we arrived a little early. Great to have a little extra in kitchen facilities. Would def re-book.

The second bedroom didn’t have much in terms of closet or storage space. The showers aren’t very practical and water was going every where in the bathroom.

Tip: you are very much left to your own devices and it is self check in , self access with codes so there is no interaction other than via email. This suited us but some may prefer an actual reception area.

The location is spot on. There was a great buzz on Rue Bonaparte with charming bars and restaurants and a pleasant walk to both Port Lympia and Promenade de Anglais. The apartment is a good size and is well equipped. There is a lovely window seat overlooking Rue Bonaparte that is perfect for people watching with a coffee/vino !

Excellent place for a couple - in the center of events - restaurants, clubs, close to the beach and any others attractive places. A perfectly equipped, spacious room overlooking a street full of restaurants - just go down to the ground floor. Additionally, French breakfast in the garden/patio. Nothing more nothing less!

Great location: close to the old port and old city, not far from the sea. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a short stay. Huge breakfast, that can be delivered to the apartment. Also, handy lockers downstairs to keep luggage before check-in or after check-out

Kitchenette was not that well equipped. Not enough glasses plates cutlery . Ok for a short stay like ours but would be annoying if you had a week here . Not enough wardrobe hanging space or coat hangers .

Location was fantastic. Very easy to walk markets , beach and Old town shops . Nice modern interior to the apartment. Gorgeous gardens . Busy bustling vibrant street with lots of restaurants and bars.
