Really nice appartment, welcoming host, easy parking, location close to city centre but nevertheless easy to get to by car, good bed, outdoor space, good price-quality ratio.

The free parking on offer is slightly misleading. Yes, there is a space available provided you are driving a mini or similar. Otherwise you are left to your own devices. The only free parking is at the end of the road, turn right, and there are about a dozen free spaces on the right. Needless to say they are like gold dust. Everything else is payable. And very expensive. This is explained in the book when you get there, but it was impossible to get information before hand. A small welcome pack would be appreciated by incoming guests. Milk, bread etc.

A great little guest house in a terrific Tours location. We loved having this as our home base for a few days. Super comfy bed was very much appreciated after a long flight.

Huge space, with fully equiped kitchen and comfortable living room. Spacious bedroom with comfortable bed. Good shower. We were able to communicate with the host without any issue. Parking nearby. Highly recommended.

It was not a problem for us as I could manage our luggage, but be aware that there are stairs to get into and out of the apartment - could be an issue if you have heavy luggage.

Beautiful apartment, the quality of the fittings was very high. Well equipped and tastfully decorated. Very handy for sightseeing, outside space was lovely for an evening drink. We enjoyed our 2 nights there.

This lovely apartment was perfect for 3 friends traveling. It had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable and close to centre. We had a car spot which was really handy We loved our stay here and our host was very welcoming. I would totally recommend.

The only set back about the property was a steep flight of steps up to the apartment. We had large heavy luggage and I might have booked else where had I known.

Very clean and practical. Everything needed to make the stay comfortable was provided. Good location. I loved the decor and the handbook provided was very informative.

It is a very cosy house in Tours, well located in a quiet and peaceful area. It is 15 minutes walking from the historical area of the city. The house was spotless, brand new, and equipped with all your needs for a comfortable stay (we are a family of four members). The vintage vibe and the brightness in the house created a pretty relaxing environment. Christelle was very accomodating and gave us all instructions to find everything we needed. The property has a park lot (useful). A supermarket around the area. Overall, perfect to enjoy your stay in Tours.

Not a major issue, but cafétiere or coffee filter would have been useful for those of us who like coffee prepared that way. Guests with restricted mobility are likely to find the stairs difficult.

Very well organised and furnished apartment, extremely clean and all facilities easy to use. Lovely kitchen and comfortable living area. Christelle was an excellent host, who checked how we were doing during the heatwave and provided an extra air cooler which was much appreciated.

After the cute little foyer there are somewhat narrow stairway to access the apartment. That is the only negative I can possibly think of. Our extra-large luggage needed to be carried carefully up the stairs in order to not to cause damage. Everything was exceptionally lovely.

Location was convenient to the train station and the tourist center. Also convenient location for renting bicycles, and lots of restaurants within a short walk. Our host, Christelle was fluent in English and French, always very gracious and gave prompt replies. She is obviously a very organized person, and the binder of owner manuals in the rental came in handy when using the clothes washer and dishwasher. We loved her well-outfitted kitchen and loved the power window shades. She graciously printed out COVID test results for us to make flight check in smoother. She even shared some freshly baked treats, and encouraged us to pick ripe strawberries from her little garden area! Great experience.
