We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomIt was not great having to share a bath room but we where only there for a night and it was right next door.
The Hotel restaurant Le cocktail bar in St Malo, was easy to find, and a 20 mins walk to the ferry terminal. The Le cocktail was was what I expected, clean a place to stay passing through St Malo, the owner where helpful and friendly.

NetherlandsIn the room on the first floor, the stairs were a little bit noisy, and with the window open there was some noise from the road. But we didnt mind it.
Really friendly landlord. The rooms were small but clean, tidy and cosy. We had our own bathroom with toilet. And a really good rain shower. We also liked that it was a small (35 minute) walk to the old city. And there is free parking next to the hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Merci beaucoup!

United KingdomVery small pokey little room with another tiny little ensuite that is squeezed in under the stairs. The towels had seen better days and the whole experience was just more hostel than hotel. The rooms are accessed by a dark corridor round the back and up a narrow poorly lit stairway. Also specifically asked for parking but had to park on the street. I don't like to leave my car on the street especially with drunks sat in the small park outside. We assumed it being a resturant we could get food there but found they only had 3 dishes on the menu. That was the final straw we packed up and went to the B&B hotel which was much better and cheaper. There was even a really good all you can eat chinesse buffet round the corner. If you are looking to stay in St Malo on a budget avoid this place and pick one of the budget hotels just outside. They are much better with parking and the Gourmet wok is well worth a visit.

I had a few bed bug bites!!!The bathroom is a death trap ( shower door does not close , therefore water is all over the bathroom) and there is no help from the staff ever for 24 hours. Booking. Com should never patronize a place like this ; it is irresponsible for such a reputable company like booking. Com!
