Noisy, difficult to get to room due to tight stairs with large luggage (no offer to help), someone who I suspect was the night reception staff kept talking on phone right outside of window.

Rooms are very cramped and awkward. Skiers using snowboard rack for skis when there’s a lot more ski storage.

Ideal location in the centre of Chamonix, close to lots of great shops and restaurants. We were in town for a wedding and a 2 minute walk from church. Cosy rooms, with a good breakfast selection. Staff helpful (helped organise our transfers in advance).

The breakfast was not worth it in my opinion. The rooms are a little on the small side. They could up the temperature in the pool to make it hotter.

Hotel and staff were very nice. The location was excellent and the ski boot room was perfect. The spa was nice too. Cleanliness was very good, the cleaners do an excellent job. Receptionists were all very welcoming.

Our room was on smaller side and quite dark, though the lighting helped a bit. The spa area wasn't as tidy/functional as we had hoped. The spa itself wasn't hot enough. However, it was still great to have access to it.

Perfect location, central and convenient to restaurants and nightlife. Boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I can't say enough about how great the staff were!

The lighting in the room was very poor. At night time the room was SO dark even with all the lights on. Also I only had a skylight window, which may not bother some people - I was okay but I would prefer a proper window as felt quite enclosed. I’m sure you could probably request to have a proper window if this would bother you. Also, the storage wasn’t good - I was by myself so it was okay, but there were no drawers at all which I would have preferred. The bathroom was clean and well equipped, but was not the bathrooms pictured on booking.com (again, not an issue but was not as advertised).

The location was good, the staff were friendly and the room was cosy and cleaned each day.

The rooms and bathrooms are very small. That’s the only thing wrong with the hotel.

Amazing location right in the centre close to everything you need. The staff were all very friendly and helpful especially the reception staff. Good breakfast, and the spa was great to relax in after a day on the slopes.

The roof in the room sloped making access to the twin bed on the far side of the room difficult and my friend bumped her head multiple times!

The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors

The view from the room was excellent with balcony. The breakfast was good, coffee and tea all the time in the lounge. The location is in the old center.

We had a room on the wrong side of the hotel. It overlooked the parking lot and at 3:30 - 4:00am delivery trucks would drive in delivering product to the grocery store. It was to loud. Make sure you book the Mountain View.
