Parking at the hotel rather limited - but public garage not far away

Good and modern equipped apartment in the heart of the town, beautiful old building; close to all the restaurants, pubs and the lake; friendly and helpful staff; cheap parking in a garage in walking distance.

The lift wasn't working during our stay, so we had to carry our cases up a few flights of stairs, but the receptionist did assist us when we arrived.

The Aparthotel Privilodges Le Royal is in a great location in the centre of Annecy close to the lovely shops, train station and bus station. Lake Annecy is a short walk away and there are some fabulous restaurants and bars all within walking distance. There is a great local Sunday market just around the corner as well as some great places for breakfast. Our studio apartment was clean and comfortable and provided a great base to enjoy and explore Annecy. Definitely recommend a stay here.

Room was a bit warm on the first day due to afternoon sun but improved when heating was switched off.

Room was comfortable and on-site parking was great. Location in centre of everything made it easy to get around and see the sights. Two great coffee shops nearby.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Reasonably quiet for being in town. We stayed in the old town before and it was very noisy. This is much better and still convenient for everything.

We specified parking when searching for a property but when we arrived there was only parking available at a nearby car park which was offered a a reduced rate that was still very expensive. When I complained about it, we were then offered parking on-site at twice the price. 15 euros per night plus tax and visitor tax. Left a bad taste in my mouth.

Great location for getting around the town. Good clean comfortable room with good state of decoration.

Toilet and shower was a bit small. Aircon was turning off by itself. We informed the front desk and they tried to fix it, but it still turned off.

Location was great. Near everything. We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment.

There was a nespresso machine in the room but no capsules. Might have been nice to have a couple for a welcome drink, while recognising this is a self-catering facility.
