Lack of snow outside the apartment for the Savoy nursery ski area (one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, but not the hotels fault!). Our trip was Easter so I would hope that this would be snowy in Jan/Feb?

The hotel was in a perfect location, just a short walk from town, which made it a peaceful stay away from any noisy bars. The view of the mountains from the room was amazing. The swimming pool & sauna and games room were most welcome for when we could not ski. The breakfast was great. Having a bus stop right outside the hotel and only being 1 stop to (and back from) the Brevent cable cars certainly helped. Having the ski hire place drop and pick up our equipment to our own ski locker in the basement was also really helpful and came with a discount too!

Some outdated furniture, carpets, smoke smell on 1st floor of the corridor.

The location of the hotel is great, it's not in the downtown, but it has great views - convenient location to get there with a car or travel around with a bus. It takes 7-10 min by walk to the city centre. The rooms are a little bit outdated, but we had everything we needed inside, which is great bonus for families or group of friends.

Receptionists certainly give the impression that guests are there to annoy them! Shower over bath with no height to stand.

Large, comfortable and well equipped apartment, close to Chamonix centre, peaceful and with great views of the mountains. Games room and pool (although cold) were hits with my family.

The sauna didn’t work when we were there.

We liked the location and the view to the mountains. The room was very big and comfortable with a nice balcony. The breakfast was good.

There was no snow in Chamonix town so unfortunately not ski to door (would be if there was snow). Snow on the slopes was perfect. The ski bus stopped outside the hotel which was great. However the bus to the nearest gondola was always full as it was the last stop, even at lunchtime on our first day, so we couldn’t get on the bus. So we walked in ski boots and carried our skis which was hard work!! We worked out for the other days that if we got the bus to the other gondola we were the first stop so plenty of room and this worked very well. We would have really appreciated it if the hotel could have advised us of this.

Lovely hotel, very clean. Apartment bedroom nice and spacious with a comfortable bed. Bed settee in living room was two singles not a double which was disappointing. Breakfast was amazing. Hotel concierge sorted out ski passes which were waiting for us at the hotel and the transfer to and from the airport which was very helpful.

Ski in ski out which is Not common in Chamonix - accommodation is dated but comfortable. Very roomy with big windows. Breakfast is good

The bed in the living room wasn't comfortable.

I liked the view from the room, the location, the kitchen in the room. The room was big. Walking distance to town center. Staff was helpful during our stay and before we arrived and helped with ski lessons booking.

Loved that the hotel communicated with us various times before arriving and provided us helpful information, they recommended where to hire our ski equipment and also arranged 2 private ski lessons for us. The hotel itself had a homely feel, we had a lovely big one bedroom apartment with the most breathtaking view! Breakfast was nice and location ideal, just a 5 minute walk into the centre of Chamonix.

A staff at the front desk was not accommodating.

It has hotel facilities, options for breakfast but it has a small functional kitchen - keeping your option opens if you want to eat in. Ski lift is in front of the hotel but be mindful if your children are attending ski school, you won’t be able to use the lift to make it in time - but driving and drop off is convenient. To wake up to the view of Mont Blanc is something very nice.
