Excellent breakfast, with fresh bread and home made jams. The chia seed pudding was lovely. Coffee and tea were self service.

Well located, with a wonderful ambiance, eclectic and art-filled pubic spaces, congenial hosts, comfortable beds. Great breakfast in the in-house coffee shop. Loved our stay here!

Marie and Sebastien are the best owners of the BnB, which was so meticulously and tastefully run with love. We loved the common room area where we socialized and spoke with them and other guests too. Marie went out of her way to book a restaurant for us even though she doesn't normally do so, and was very generous with her own recommendations around Beaune. The rooms were wonderful, spacious, and it felt so cosy and homey and not like a hotel. Absolutely loved it and hope to return!

No wifi and the shower was somewhat difficult to operate.

Marie was very friendly and helpful and gave lots of recommendations of things to see and do. The property is comfortable and clean with a comfortable bed! Good value for money and would recommend this for a stay in Beaune

Great rennovated paper mill with co-woking space and B&B facilities. Fantastic base to explore Burgundy from. The owner was fantastic, super helpful and friendly. They have a lot of space to cater to their guests and do so in such a well styled way. The rooms are large and well maintained, very clean. Very grateful of the air conditioning.

the bedsheets and towels have a damp smell to it, my partner could not sleep because of that, otherwise everything else was great!

Marie, the owner of the hotel, is a lovely person. She made us very welcome and was very helpful in recommending places to visit in Beaune. The hotel is located very near to the centre and is within easy walking distance of the centre with its may restaurants. Breakfast in the adjacent cafe (separate but part of the L'imprimerie establishment) was excellent. Located in a quiet and safe residential area. Quirky and laid back. Excellent showers.

Marie thinks of everything! Walking into our room, the amazing scent of lavender welcomed us. The linens and towels are organic and soft. Our bed was very comfortable. We walked everywhere and the hotel location was close to city center and restaurants.

Fabulous facilities with charming hosts and staff. We’ve never slept more soundly in France or started our morning better with a custom-made breakfast and perfect cup of coffee.

Exceeded expectations! The whole property (rooms, common area, outdoor patio, coffee shop, and restaurant) were impeccably designed, and the entire staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. I've done my fair share of traveling, and this is one of the coolest properties I've ever gotten a chance to stay at. Will be back!

Cozy,, Charming, Like being at home. Does not shout "hotel" at you. Room to Roam with lovely courtyard and close to teh center. Lots of treats and beverages provided. Owners go out of their way to be friendly and helpful.

Stayed a couple of nights whilst touring France and tasting wine in Beaune. Lovely people and outstanding room plus lounge and work space and on-site cafe for a good breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay.

Really….the fact we couldn’t stay longer !

What a truly amazing place ! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left it was a wonderful experience. Marie and Seb with their family and team have created a very special place. Built on their values everything is done with care and purpose from sourcing the drinks and good to the way they have built a fantastic community with co workers who have used their place to work since lockdown. This special rich experience is not to be missed.
