Double bed wasn't really double, but two singles next to each other. It's uncomfortable for a couple.

Staff was nice and the breakfast abundant and tasty! Should be great in summer, with the views and pool.

The bathroom could do with upgrading but was adequate. The restaurant was frequently full and unable to accommodate us, which was disappointing especially when it was very wet weather with a steep walk down to the restaurants around the port where there is inadequate parking.

Our room and deck had a glorious view over the port. The pool was delightful. The free parking directly adjacent to the hotel was a real bonus.

Average gym, noisy delivery cars on Saturday between 7.30 - 8 A.M., we couldn't lock the door in our room.

The pool was left for cleaning for quite some time on our last day. In the end we just got in with the hoover in it lol. We had ants in our room but they were dealt with quickly.

We were upgraded to the panoramic view room. Felt really lucky to stay here and enjoy the view. Also lovely to have the pool and bar. Breakfast was very nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

When we were there we had the impression the restaurant was not very well organized. The lady who seemed to have the lead did not pay us any attention after seating us until two tables that were occupied after we arrived were already served their drinks and ‘amuse’… However the food was very good. But the price for both a room with a view and dinner is quite high..

Breakfast could improve, pool is already dirty and green although weather is nice to swim. Duvet on bed is too warm and I have to start Air Conditioner (now I feel cold). Simple sheets would be sufficient, the room is very well insulated and outside temperature is warm.

Location above town, views to Port, new rooms on a modern building, good bathroom, great terrace and furniture. Very comfortable beds.

The property has apartments which are new and tidy. Although there was no laundry facilities, the office kindly arranged for laundering at no cost

The variety of food on breakfast. I think the price should be slightly lower for a 3* hotel with small rooms in a not the most famous touristic place.

The location is good with a fantastic view from the hill. The room is a little small for a long stay but is a good choice for 1-2 nights. It was very clean with, and as for a breakfast, it was pretty standard for a small hotel.

Major downside was it appears to be pot luck if the bar and restaurant was open or not, many nights we came back after a meal and the bar and restaurant was shut by 8.00.. other nights it was open till 10 with no advance warning.. We booked a room with a terrace to enjoy a relaxing drink as the sun went down but this was seldom possible, a shame as the hotel is lovely otherwise.

An absolutely stunning location above Port Vendres with beautiful views and an easy 5 min walk downhill into the town, easy parking as we travelled by car, the pool is wonderful and spotlessly clean and was very quiet for the time of year. All the staff were attentive and helpful. The town is very authentic and mainly locals which we liked, a truly lovely destination.
