We got to the property by Metro from Gare du Nord, dropped off our luggage and walked everywhere from there. It is a brisk 30mins walk to all the main attractions of Paris (a bit further to get to the Northern Paris attractions of Montmartre etc). Our host Matthieu was great, breakfast was really good too (including fresh pancakes on Sunday morning). I cannot fault the property or the host.

Nothing actually. To be very picky, the shower head is placed a bit low, my husband is tall and couldn't comfortably fit under it.

Perfect location to visit Paris and experience the real Parisian way of life. Apartment was complete, breakfast was great.

The only thing that could be better was wifi because it was quite slow and ended up using mobile data however this wouldn't stop us from visiting again!

Spacious and clean room in a good location! Matthieu, the property owner was very nice and helpful. Bed and room were done every morning after we left and breakfast was very good and fresh, especially the baguette and French pastries! Very close to metro station and a good number of restaurants to choose from in the area. Matthieu even stored our luggage after check out as we had a late flight.

This is a beautiful two-room (lounge/dining, and bedroom) apartment in a lovely area of central Paris. A very short walk to the Commerce metro station, local shops, bars, and cafes. Matthieu made sure that we had everything we needed, and lovely home-prepared breakfasts each morning. The rooms were delightful - clean, large (for Paris) and well provided. Although the windows are double glazed, there is a little noise from the street - but it is a very quiet street so you should have no problems.

Just a hint: it would be good to change the color of the towels: either to be dark grey or brilliant white. Price is a big high but it is worth it. Actually in the whole city the prices doubled compared to the time before covid, so it is becoming normal.

I liked it all! Great accommodation, perfect service, breakfast far above expectations. It was difficult to leave the apartment. Matthieu was very professional and very supportive. Everything was so easy to aggree on.

Very good location - c. 20 min walking to the Eiffel Tower. Breakfast which exceeded our expectations. Super-friendly staff with good command of English. Overall excellent value to price ratio.

The apartment is very nice but a bit small. From the photos it looks bigger but everything else is as it is in the photos. Owner is also very helpful and the breakfast that he brings are also good if you expect french style breakfast we. In general we liked it.

Lovely apartment, excellent communication from the host. Great location close to metro and attractions and lovely surrounding area with shops and bars. Breakfast basket was lovely each morning. Would stay again and highly recommend. :)

Les Toit de Paris was the perfect place for our stay in Paris. Cosy room, extremely comfy bed, exceptional breakfast (I loved the fact that each day there was something different), and it's located near the metro. And last but not least, Matthieu is a friendly guy and a fantastic host, he provided us with an excellent service. Definitely recommend!

Everything was exceptional. Thank you M! If I had to get picky, I would say if you a night owl like me, then other visitors 10am check out can be a bit noisy as all units open with multiple doors in one area. But that is extreme and based on how I like to function in Paris, as most coffee shops only open after 11.

Our host Matthieu was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The accommodation was cleaned daily. Breakfast was an absolute win! Baguettes, cheese, jam, fresh juice, croissant, or crepe delivered to my door with coffee. That put a smile on my face daily. Bed is wonderfully comfortable, and I slept very well. Location is close to busses and 2 metros (Felix faure easiest to get there or bus 88 if coming down with RER B or leaving for Charles de Gaulle but note buy your RER B ticket beforehand as no sales at the metro Denfert Rouchereau) to get you anywhere. Do check out the art nouveau door at Felix Faure metro. Eiffel Tower is in close proximity, which was a treat to walk. The open air market down the main street is a WIN! With a gelato and Greek delicatessen right next to each other close by who can go wrong. Pinocchio Reataurant around the corner serves great coffee at reasonable prices, and their staff are awesome too with a delightful park across from them too - Square Saint Lambert. Metro line 6 close by to see an exquisite view of Eiffel Tower as you cross open over the Seine, see also the lovely bridge it sits on. If you can get to the Trocadéro steps in a week, it's MUCH better than weekends.

Excellent property with very friendly hosts. B&B is in a nice quiet area, close to 2 metro lines & a lot of restaurants. Also within 20 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower. Beds are super comfortable as well.

With low temperatures in December, it took a very long time to warm up the room as the heating equipment seem rather small for the size of the studio. Also, the breakfast is not exactly "served" but placed in a basket outside the door. So on the 2nd day when we had to leave around 8am, there was nothing for us.

Very clean room, super helpful owner and very well organized around our stay. This is not a hotel, rather a nicely renovated small studio/apartment.

it was a tad loud at night from the street noise but I think that’s just Paris. it wouldn’t stop us from staying again
