Very comfortable hotel on the edge of the city and close to the motorway. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking right outside was good. Hypermarket next door as well as other outlets.

An absolute gem of a hotel, just off of A31 and therefore very convenient when travelling through this part of France. Easy to access with free parking and pet friendly. The hotel exceeded our expectations! Very friendly staff, good size room with a perfect bed and linnen, quiet and cozy, modern and squeaky clean. The hotel offers very good breakfast with quality products. We enjoyed our stay so much and we will be back for sure!

The outside of the building made me feel like I'd made a mistake with this reservation...but that soon changed!

Arriving at the building I had my doubts if this was for us...we're elderly. Walking inside and being greeted with a huge smile by a very welcoming young lady, I thought ....mmmm, maybe it'll be OK. Then I looked around and saw the FUNKIEST, modern, industrial designed hotel I've yet to visit...and we travel a lot. Great, different interior in a relaxed style and a little wink of the 👁 to modern art. It's totally different. Most enjoyable. And don't forget to go to the restaurant across the parking for supper. Great interior, great food (it was packed, always a good sign.) L'Auberge. And the yummiest Pinot Grigio!

the restaurant, we ordered some chicken, and it arrived raw; we reported it, and they took our plate back to the kitchen, and when it returned 10 minutes later, it was still raw (we didn't eat it, but we paid for it). too bad because the wait staff seemed nice.

The location is very easy to reach and close to highway exits. Very friendly staff. Free parking outside the Hotel. Good breakfast.

Shower room is tiny and poorly designed, water sprays out onto the floor. Very basic breakfast, not a lot of choice. Restaurant next door has a fairly limited menu, not great for vegetarians.

Hotel is on the outskirts of Nancy, ideally we would have liked to explore the town but unfortunately due to a satnav issue (it refused to switch on) we had rather a stressful journey and were really tired when we finally arrived. The beds were very comfortable, the room was a bit small and the view was over a piece of bare ground. Bottles of water were provided but there’s no fridge in the room so they were warm. A welcome drink is apparently offered on arrival (beer, wine or soft drink) but the receptionist told me that it wouldn’t be possible to have a drink before 6pm as she was the only member of staff on duty and she was busy. The same woman was working breakfast duty this morning (although there was another person working with her) and I have to say that she works really quickly, rushing about refilling dishes etc, she appears to do the work of 2 people.

Slight smell we think coming from the exposed concrete walls. The other downside for us is the lack of decent restaurants in the area.

Electric charging spaces were blocked by (non-electric) parking cars, it was unfortunate hat I could not charge my car, had to drive somewhere else and lost a lot of time...

Facilities questionable, the lift wasn’t working so had to walk stairs; for me this was manageable but annoying. I parked my Light Van (Modified for my Disability) in the Disabled Park Space with permit on display. I was advised to move the Van to a less prominent location. The explanation made no sense but I did move and was obliged to walk up a flight of stairs between parking and the hotel. There are interesting trips I found by fault.

We have used this hotel before. The hotel is well Located and the rooms are good size.

Nothing really, we knew it was a one night stopover on the edge of Nancy and it was fine.

Staff were excellent, hotel was adequate for an overnight while travelling. The Auberge next door was superb.
