The room was small and the double bed very small! it would have been uncomfortable to be two to sleep in it, thankfully I was alone. I appreciate that the location is great but the price of the room for the size is quite expensive.

the room was very hot during the night, we asked for air conditioning, but they were doing some activities with it, so it could not be turned on. They helped us with a fan, even if they forgot to put it in our room the first day we asked for it.

The room is really too tiny, like those in Japan! The aircon doesn't really work which is still OK cos it's not that warm but if it's high summer, this will not be acceptable.

Love the location cos we were eager to visit Louvre museum early in the morning. Good boulangeries nearby for breakfast! The sheets are very clean so we had good sleep. Best of all was Nassim, the concierge. He was amazingly helpful with our inquiries and requests. He made us feel welcomed.

The room we stayed in was small. I booked a three bed room and got a double bed plus pull out armchair which was  different from the photos where 3 beds were shown. The bathtub was scary to shower in and was taped with white masking tape all around. The room was stuffy and unbreathable at night even with the aircon on.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel as I was travelling with children and we walked to the Louvre,  restaurants and shops. Public transport is nearby with M1 station  a short stroll.

The location and room size on budget in Paris for family are excellent. The park of Royal Palace is great for little walk, yoga, kids playing - 1min walk from hotel, louvre 4min, metro line 1 - 1min walk

room was very small, shower over bath - prefer walk in shower. Maintenance was being undertaken on Air Conditioning and also painting- not sure which, but last day there was a terrible chemical smell in the hallway on the first floor, we were in 101 at the end of hallway, so was not pleasant.

Perfect location, surrounded by cafes, 2 min walk to le Louvre and Metro station. Breakfast was good and staff friendly. Room was cleaned and serviced everyday.

Nothing really. The lift is very small but it is a small property and we were glad to have a lift.

This was my second visit and I will definitely return. The location is perfect. one minute to the nearest metro and the Louvre - round the corner from the Big Bus office, easy walking distance to most of the main attractions and close to many cafés and restaurants across multiple price ranges. The decor is quirky, the rooms are not large but fine for weary travellers who only needed sleep and the beds were comfortable. The room was a little warm but the window opened so all was good. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a small fridge with a small convenience store just a few minutes away so we could keep juice and drinks chilled. The staff on reception were helpful - they happily store your suitcases if you arrive before your room is ready. Breakfast was in a lovely bright room with a good choice of items - amazing yogurt - and although small, there was never a problem getting a table immediately.

The only downside was the tub was too high for my mother to get into. Other than that it was very nice and I would stay there again.

The hotel is convenient. Good restaurants close by. The frontdesk staff were helpful and friendly. The bed was comfortable. The room was as pictured in the photos.

The accessability would be a challenge for anyone with a disability, but this is a standard old classic French building with a bit of winding narrow corridors.

The location was excellent with just a few minutes walk to the Louvre. The rooms varied in size and quality. The breakfast was a standard French breakfast with freshly baked croissants and baguettes. All assorted muesly, yoghurt, coffee, juice and boil your own eggs. The staff was very nice and helpful.
