Breakfast was a little disappointing though as we were not supplied with any jams, honey etc and we felt a bit neglected. Just a bit of feedback.

We loved our room and enjoyed dining outside. The hotel is very elegant and the parking was great.

The breakfast wasn’t particularly good and poor value for money. Overall, for one night and dinner it was very expensive.

Amazing property - the suite we had was nice, although the sofa bed area was very small and not particularly comfy.

breakfast could use a bit more attention from the staff. cold eggs and undercooked bacon, cold pancakes. Dry bread and always short on fruit salad. Rooms seem to have thin walls and no international tv channels

The breakfast is not very special

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel. It’s just a few minutes from the motorway, the hotel is not too large, the restaurant is very good, the staff is friendly, the parking is good, the garden is perfect for an evening walk with the dog.

The food is very rich. Very few places for the dogs to go to the loo as they are not allowed on any of the grass in the grounds.

Very comfortable room, if a little small. Nice big bathroom though.

The hotel restaurant that was highly recommended unfortunately was closed and the place recommended by the hotel did not meet our expectations. Cleanliness can be improved.

My room was by a fire door & people coming past on their way back or from their rooms was quite noisy (although I'm not sure if that could be resolved). If you struggle with stairs, this is not the place for you (not a criticism, just an observation).

This is a beautiful old building & the location is fantastic for my needs - so close to Ecully. The bathroom was impressive (as long as you don't mind see-through walls!) The staff were very professional. By far my favorite part was the breakfast, which was delicious.

location ! Location ! Location! It’s far from everything and impossible to get a taxi from there. Staff at the reception in the morning was not helpful to find me an alternative solution ! Poor service and lack of empathy !! Not worth it !

Chaotic management, aircon was switched off at night without warning and we had 28C in the room, came on again at 7am when a fire alarm set off by a guest reset the electrical system and was then centrally switched off again around 9am. Reception had no explanation nor solution. Bfast room was also very hot, bfast was average, staff had forgotten to plug in heaters for eggs and there was no-one around to help. A real shame as attention to these critical issues would make this a 9/10 location for travellers…

The staff were excellent in terms of friendliness and helpfulness. They kept our table for dinner despite us being late. Breakfast was very good in a pleasant part of the building. The dinning room was very chic. Traditional building with modern approach. Excellent.

The building is a historic one and has no elevators. We arrived late and had to take our suitcases up by stairs which was not quite comfortable.

Feel like a guest of a historical villa. Amazing interior, felling like you touch the history. Nice breakfast area with a garden view. Cosy green yard. Calm and cosy. Parking at the territory, no need to bother about where to leave the car.

A little bit pricey but it was worth it

We went for my husband's birthday. We felt very welcomed, very luxurious bedroom and comfy bed! Loved the very good hair dryer and L'Occitane products. Lovely hotel I would recommend
