We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandThe room was tiny for three people, as it was an attic, and if you weren't careful, it was hazardous for your head. The room was mostly a meter high, and you couldn't walk without being cautious. I asked for an invoice, but they couldn't do it; they didn't know how to do an invoice, which was unbelievable. They didn't see any information about whether you asked the staff anything.

CanadaThis hotel is 5 min. walk from the train station and 15 to 60 min.walk to the grotto depending on how many stores you stop at. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again ifI go back to Lourdes.

AustraliaNothing,perhaps have a kettle in the room so guests can have hot drinks when they like especially if they arrive late or need to leave early.
Staff were friendly & available(as our train was late and we didnt arrive till 11:00pm this was appreciated.) Lovely young staff member helped book a taxi so we could get to the airport as there was no mode of transport so early on our departure date. Staff assisted at all times,rooms were clean and comfortable and had a great location as well as view. Thanks for making our stay so memorable and comfortable.
