My only complaint was that they didn’t have USB/-C charging ports in the room, nor any chargers on-site that I could borrow. I was very surprised a hotel of this standard didn’t have a solution for people who forgot a charging plug.

Great location, close to Cours Julien and just 10 mins walk to the center. The room was small but cute, very clean and comfortable, with a good sized bathroom and even a desk and TV. There is a fun bar and restaurant downstairs.

Since I last stayed in Marseilles the rooms have got a little tired looking. They could do with a bit of a spruce up.

Location isn't perfect. There was very limited supply of water and snacks in the room. The phone in the room didn't work.

Comfortable Bed Friendly staff. The check-in experience was easy and straight-forward. Restaurant is pretty good for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

the hotel itself is quite small, theres no lounge really but theres the restaurant that sort of behaves like the lounge, but its not. when you check out and need to wait a while before making a move you have to do that at the restaurant. no room service.

room is quite spacious, was very happy about mine. everything works properly and the shower is great. my room was quiet, and was in my spectations. staff (most os them) were very attentive. some speak very little english.

The bed could have been a bit firmer, but that's a personal preference. I didn't like all the metal accessories in the room(like the trashcan and side table) because they were really loud. The bed needs a sheet as well as the comforter- despite the good AC the goose-down comforter was too hot to sleep under. Food at the bar was good but a bit expensive. The fresh plates of vegetables, cheese and meat were the best value for money.

Hotel was very cute and Instagram-ready. Cheerful and cool. The staff were amazing, particularly bartender Alexei. My French is atrocious but he patiently let me try to talk to him :-) We ordered dinner one night at the bar and the PANISSES were amazing. The goat cheese salad and pancetta plate were also good. The fresh plates of vegetables, cheese and meat were the best value for money. The breakfast was lovely, the perfect start to a day of adventuring in the city. Room stayed cold and mostly quiet. Located within walking distance of Cours Julien, a plaza bustling with life and cafes. A bit further of a walk to Vieux Port.

The location is far from the center and most of the tourist attractions . The nearest subway station is 10 minutes walk. We ended up driving our rental car everywhere- and driving in Marseille is not easy

I’m not familiar with the area or geography of marseille so unsure whether all areas are like this but at first it didn’t seem to be too well located. however, a short 5 min walk away finds you in the heart of the social scene

it’s extremely clean, has a great vibe. staff are EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. The set up and decor are very contemporary. I did find the room to be a bit of a tight squeeze and the desk is not conducive to extended periods of work, however I did head down to the restaurant to continue working and plugged in my pods to block out the noise.

We liked the design of the room that're also very well furnished and equipped. The hotel Is not in the very centre but close to a nice neighborhood, full of restaurants, pubs, and cafè. Nevertheless the area where It Is located is very quiet in the night.

Didn’t like all the TVs in the bar and restaurant. We had a mini fridge and kettle in our room. But no crockery, cutlery or any tea bags or coffee.

Super unfriendly and slightly arrogant staff attitude. We were on a road-trip by car and wanted to make sure we have a save garage parking spot for our expensive car, therefore selected this place specifically because of included parking facility. However, the staff was not willing to help us out with making a reservation prior to our arrival. So, please don’t get misled by facility info here in booking.com, there might just be no parking available and no one will help you with reservations in advance or finding any alternative. Instead, you simply get an annoyed attitude or will be ignored with your reservation requests - and will be left completely alone with dealing with your car overnight parking issue. And last minute street parking (with big car) is just not an option in the very tight and narrow streets around the hotel. The bathroom, was a bit too minimalistic for our taste. Now shower cabin or curtain, the whole bathroom itself was the shower; and no space to put toiletries around the sink. Too bad, since the general hotel concept, design and location were actually quite cool/unique.
