Breakfast was busy and so limited on choice. Items could have been replenished quicker but there was just one staff member on shift. Expensive when not all items available!

A tea and coffee machine in the room would have been nice. The free wi-fi was a bit hit and miss.

Our room was lovely and a good size. A spacious bathroom which was spotlessly clean and had lovely toiletries supplied. The air con was very satisfactory as well. The bed was big and very comfortable indeed. Fluffy pillows with extra provided as well as extra blankets, if needed. Plenty of room to store luggage and clothing and there was no noise at all from the traffic outside. We liked the breakfast, which was a typical continental breakfast, with a good selection to choose from. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. There were plenty of parking spaces and the hotel is situated right in the middle of a big shopping estate with lots of restaurants to choose from, if you don't want to go too far for lunch or dinner or if you can't book a table at a restaurant in centre ville, which is very popular and very busy. We would definitely book this hotel again.

As with other restaurants in France, the way the same menu offered at lunchtime cost so much more in the evening. The restaurant bill for two was the same as the cost of the room for one night

No complaints at all, as with all these French hotels its in the middle of a new industrial area but as an overnight stop is difficult to beat.

Hotel is typical Logis, in other words clean, efficient, and comfortable. Restaurant had a good ambience and we enjoyed our meal there. Breakfast was good quality continental. Good bar too.

Room faced out onto the outdoor seating area of the restaurant and hotel car park. Was a little bright and loud but died down about 11pm.

The Restaurant Francis (part of the hotel) was exceptional!! Don’t be fooled by the commercial setting. Oh my goodness the meal we ate was the best ever. Simple, delicious and traditionally French cuisine. Amazing. The waiters were also really lovely and helped with our poor French. Highly highly recommend the restaurant.

The air conditioner unit did not seem to work properly. We let the staff know, but they were unable to correct it. This actually was the reason we wanted to stay at this location and unfortunately it did not meet our expectations.

Restaurant closed for 'exceptional' reasons on the Saturday night. Not an issue as hotel located in a shopping centre with lots of other restaurants available. Checkin staff a bit harassed.

The stay was marred by a large group staying there too who seemed to prepare through the evening to go out to some sort of function from which they returned, noisily, between 04.30 am and dawn.

This is mainly a business hotel for solo business travellers, the restaurant is overpriced for what it offers and breakfast was awful, you need to be there for 6am if you want anything hot, there was only one waitress who spent most of her time ignoring the customers or hiding out in reception.
