How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

breakfast was good, a lot of gluten free options. The bedroom was ok, and was very clean. The location is very good, the hotel is about 10 min walking to the metro station and bus stops. The Stadium from PSG is very nearby.

The swimming pool because it was very small and looked dirty.

Bathroom shower was very poor pressure and had connectivity issues. Toilet paper was extremely cheap. Pillows and beds were also very cheap and poor quality.
Breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. A good sized room. Pool was nice but very limited hours.

At the time of booking it wasn't mentioned anywhere that there will a €20 charge per night for the car park. At the reception I was told that there is a charge so I had to pay another €60 for the car parking. Its not fair on customers. They should have been informed at the time of booking.

Dinner was a shock, we took half board ..bit for dinner instead of a buffet we found a small menu card which has only 4 options to choose every day of our stay, this gives very less choice and we were forced to eat same items again and again each night and it's felt like you were cheated. Hotel should offer full ala-carte menu for guest who pays upfront for dinner or offer buffet

We are a vegan family and despite being told that there would be options at breakfast, we tried it for one day and the only things were were able to eat were bread and fruit. There was not even an alterantive to butter provided. We have travelled a lot and usually most hotels (even in small towns) provide some plant based alternatives, yogurts, sausages etc, but here, nothing at all. This said, when we complained, we were given a full refund. However, in these times, it seems crazy that a big hotel in the centre of a captital city provides no vegan options.
The staff, room, pool and location were all excellent.

Wish the toilet was cleaner and didn’t have the toilet brush in sight.
The location was perfect to get cab to major tourist places like Eiffel Tower, Louvre and Champ Elyses

The plaza area in front of the hotel is a bit soulless and seemed a bit unwelcoming at night with 2-3 men always hanging around drinking - while they didn't bother me personally I could see how that could be intimidating to some guests passing to/from the nearby restaurants and Metro station (Line 9).
Good quality of room with quiet A/C and bathroom with excellent shower. Strong wifi signal was welcome as I needed to do a few hours work over the period of my stay and be able to easily access internet browsers and to upload and download documents etc. and the kids were able to stream a movie at night when we got back in. Good location if you are visiting PSG/Stade Francais or Roland Garros, and easily accessible from Boulevard Periphique if driving.

Spacious and clean room, rich breakfast, great wifi, helpful staff. An Italian restaurant next door, although there's a (snacks) dining option within the hotel too. Everything was working well and within expectations, nothing to complain about.

.The bed was uncomfortable. The second night I woke up with backache. I asked the receptionist to order me a taxi at checkout and she told me that she couldn't as the line was down and that I could walk to a taxi rank! I am 66 years old and had a suitcase! Yes, this is supposed to be a 4 star hotel. I am sure she could have used her mobile. This was totally unacceptable behaviour.
I chose this hotel for it's closeness to roland garros. The room was really nice and large, and bright. There is a large reception area and the breakfast was good.

We were staying over the weekend . There is no Room a service at the weekend ( we were not advised of this) and when we arrived back on Saturday evening 8.30pm after the tennis , we were told the restaurant had run out of food and the bar closes at 9 pm! As the hotel is located in a business district most restaurants were closed within walking distance. The only one open was next door but they were already full. Had we known in advance we would have made a reservation in advanced. Most guests were there for the tennis and were equally disgruntled at the situation.
location, we were in Paris for the tennis at Roland Garros. Exceptional quality of the staff who were efficient and very helpful.
