I had requested decaffeinated tea and coffee in our room (for health reasons)and we did not have any. Also, there was no decaff tea/coffee for breakfast.

Just a bit tricky to figure out how to reach it but once we realised we did fine. Be better if parking was at the hotel but the NCP was just a stones throw away.

Very nice start to our holiday in France. Good trip from Calais to Rouen. Only issue is that it is a bit tricky getting to it in the old quarter but if you persist and find it the location is great for all access to tourist attractions. It is a comfortable hotel and nice breakfast. Rooms are a bit small but adequate. Parking in nearby NCP is good once you have figured it out.

The room had a broken power card device and it was not possible to put lights or anything else on. The room clearly had not been checked prior to occupancy. Also during our stay it rained heavily and there were no umbrellas. Finally, a member of staff gave the wrong time for the light show at the cathedral - so we missed it - the main reason for going to Rouen

The rooms were so hot, the air conditioning didn’t work. The bar area was all set up for breakfast when we got in from the light show, so it didn’t feel welcoming which was only 10.30pm.

The car park is terrifying. Spaces and room to manoeuvre very tight. The room was quite small but fine for one night.

Rooms were quite small and looked a little tired compared to the reception area. Car parking was convenient but I feel it should be free, or discounted. €17 a night seemed a little pricey.

This was the perfect location, being a few feet away from the magnificent Cathedral in Rouen and right in the middle of the historic centre. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, I felt I had stepped back in time, when good customer service was considered normal. Their attitude contributed to our wonderful stay. The room was comfortable and had all those items one once considered normal like hooks, shelf space and unit around the sink in the bathroom. Plus a shower head that one could move! Sadly nowadays many hotels miss these simple items! (even bathroom walls have been removed in some hotels!!! ) We also enjoyed a delicious pizza and glass of wine lunch time whilst waiting for our taxi.

When we arrived we were instructed to come into the historical centre using a code to drop the bollard - which was fine; however, when we got to the hotel, our car was too large for the onsite underground car park - not too tall, but too bulky (we drive a Hyundai Tucson/ mid size SUV). It would have been better to know this before we arrived and been directed to the more suitable car park down the road. We did have to carry our heavy bags for 10 min walk between car park and hotel.

Hotel was in a great location, in the old district next to the cathedral Rooms were large, clean and comfortable, and hotel put our two rooms next to each other Instead of a small bottle of water in the room, you could fill glass bottles (provided next to machine) in reception - great idea. Staff were pleasant and helpful Breakfast was lovely Good bar/food area available for drinks and food.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast, parking 17 euro per night. Slow, very slow service in the reception. Good value for money. But the room was less nice than the web, and some old smell inside. Good for short stay.

The photo was misleading. We purposely wanted to stay in an older hotel. The picture on Booking.com showed an old home but the façade of the hotel was a modern an ugly concrete. I think that is bait and switch.

Very central location. Comfortable room and clean. Many bad reviews about the parking, but I found it OK, if a little tight. As long as you are not driving a bus or large 4x4, it's fine. Did not try the breakfast.

The rooms were clean but compact and nothing particularly interesting.
