Rooms were a little sterile/dated when compared with the lobby area. That said they were clean and perfectly comfortable.

The hotel was fine. I would describe the room as functional but I knew that when I booked it.

The people. The staff always said ‘yes’. The man running the bar and restaurant was super helpful to us and our dog ! We were able to park at the back of the hotel. It was a 6 minute walk to the town centre. It was a great stopover driving from Calais to the Arlberg in Austria.

Beds were a bit too soft and it could use an update. Do NOT waste your time eating at the dinner buffet. We paid, had one bite and left to go eat somewhere else. It was terrible.

Mercure standard, so everything great as may be expected. Reception staff was very helpful and parking great (secluded private parking). Breakfast as abundant as ever.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. It's a short walk either into the old part of town or, in the other direction, to the Pompidou Centre and commercial shopping area. The breakfast is plentiful and varied and the Lola and Emilie restaurant is well worth using - the food is delicious and the service is excellent.

Noisey hotel inside, if someone baths in another room or comes back from a night out you hear them. If cleaners in and out the rooms you hear doors closing all the time. No soap in bathroom only shower gel.

Curtains close and room is super dark, close to train station and easy access to old Town. Lovely restuarants close by.

I did not like my bed. It is kinda old and the mattress needs to be replaced.

The location is very near the Christmas Markets which was our main purpose in this travel. It has a secured parking space. The Breakfast is excellent with a variety of good choices. Our family had enjoyed the ambiance and the food in the restaurant. All the staff were very accommodating and helpful.

The smell in the room was terrible. I suppose the room used to be a smoking one many years ago and this disgusting smell is still there.

Very good location near the train station (5 min) and the city center (10 min maybe), great and very helpful personnel, good breakfast. Comfy beds, tea / coffee in the room.

The rooms are a bit old fashioned and it seems the building is old.

It was super clean. the staffs are quite friendly and supportive.

There were items that were unfinished. In the bathroom, the lift was dusty and dirty, the skirting was missing and you could see bare plastered wall.

The rooms aren’t very updated or super clean. I didn’t get the feeling the rugs had been cleaned thoroughly and the baseboards and walls had many stains on them. There was nothing in the mini fridge, it was just a fridge. Also, if you have pets, a warning: the beds are on top of a weird metal stand. I was genuinely worried about the safety of my pet.

It’s located in a good area and parking is easy. The Wi-Fi is decent and the bed is okay, with full pillows. The linens and duvet are too hot for summer. The restaurant isn’t bad and the staff is very friendly.

Very spacious, comfortable, well equipped rooms. Nice bar and restaurant. On a particularly raining evening we stayed in for dinner and had a very enjoyable meal with excellent service. On site parking with an easy walk into town.

The car park was difficult to find and also hard to find anywhere near the hotel to stop to ask where the main car park was!

Good standard of hotel with good sized rooms. Short walk into the town. Recommended for city break.
