Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

BelgiumThe breakfast deliberately counted double. When I left the manageress asked, do you want the document of the bill, I found the bill a lot, when I drove 30 km further and looked at the bill I saw that there was deliberately missed, I called but no one answered the phone. I am sure this was a very conscious act, breakfast was on the ticket coming out of the casa and the manageress just added another breakfast manually.

United KingdomThe main reason that atttracted me to this hotel was after a four hundred mile drive we could all have a dip in the swimming pool as advertised . The pool had l vacuim leads left in the pooll across the width .at 5pm , when people should be allowed to be in the pool? This meant swiming around these pipes connected , they should be out of sight .. THE POOL WAS NOT CLEAN, the water was cloudy No chemicals had been used for some while ? THIS IS A HEALTH ISSUE ?
It was as shown in the photographs , the rooms where exceptable . Food was very limited , however we did not expect a micheal star restaurant.

Very clean and comfortable room. Nice facilities present and very accomodating staff. Really recommend it for a quick stop over, close to the road but no nuisance from it. Room and hotel exceeded expectations, definitely not a rundown, by the road hotel. Very well maintained and almost family like.
