The location is really good as it's in front of the metro station and Gare de L'Est. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. Enjoyed my stay.

I found the staff at main desk VERY helpful, and friendly. Although I know the neighborhood well and am aware of the security problems, I felt safe . The location could not be better for someone in need of both stations Nord and Est. The transport is excellent in this area and there are a few good brasseries in the vicinity as well as the usual fast food.

We got some small sachets of soap, which weren't enough for 2 people. Bathroom was a bit tight in one of the rooms.

There is a metro just outside of the hotel, so it is perfect to move around at any time. We booked 2 rooms, and one of them had the most beautiful view to Gare de L'Est. Good buffet breakfast. 🙂

Every single noise that you can hear from neighbors. I could hear the zíper from their bags, people walking, opening doors, talking, etc. I couldn’t sleep because of that.

Service is very good. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. The accommodation is ok, but you can hear every single noise from your neighbors. I couldn’t sleep much because of that. However, the room is quite modern (exactly like in the pictures), and comfortable. As for the location: it’s exactly in front of the metro, which is accessible to a lot of places in Paris. However the area is not the most beautiful one, and there are no good restaurants or stores. It’s far from being a fancy area, but the price is worth it, compared to other accommodations in Paris.

The brekfast Area . . Very old , no variety of food

The guys in the reception were aamazing and helped me check in early because i have lost my credit card and i was worried ... They thought ill dind it in my luggage so made me check in . Guess what i found it in the luggage and it was a releif . All was great staff , cleanliness exceptional, rooms was comfy .

Paris is an expensive city to visit and the room rates here reflect that. Rates are not unreasonable but still fairly high for a hotel like this.

Decent small “traveler” hotel - of which Paris has hundreds, if not thousands, close to Gare du l’Est and Gare de Lyon stations. Small room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I got charged city tax at the reception, it was just over 3 Euros but I did not expected it. That was a bit part. Apart from that, it was a great littel place to stay

The only thing that i think should be improved is the key system for a more modern one, so the guest wont have to leave the key. The sound isolation of the room is not good, but as I sleep with earplugs, i hadnt any problem.

This hotel is perfect! Great bed and room size, towels very clean. The location is outstanding, so you can do everything walking by the city or get a subway in front of the hotel.

It is not necessarily a bad thing but every time we had to leave the hotel we were required to give our key to the reception. I found that odd, but I am sure it was for other security reasons I am not aware of.

The hotel staff were super kind and even checked us in earlier than the expected time. The room was really big, on the 5th floor and had a nice view of the Parisian street outside the station. Everything was super clean and well taken care of.

Very slight criticism, in my case it would have been helpful to have had shower gel in the bathroom. I was just passing through for one night before getting an early morning train so not the end of the world, my fault for not being prepared in advance. Definitely would stay at this hotel again
