If you like exploring bakeries in Paris, it's better not to add a breakfast option since it was a croissant and a baguette with orange juice and coffee.

Odličan hotel ukoliko tražite povoljniji smeštaj na dobroj lokaciji. Latinska četvrt je na manje od kilometra, a sve ostale atrakcije su lako dostupne prevozom. Metro stanica je na 2 minuta od hotela. Osoblje je veoma ljubazno i sve pohvale za čistoću.

Last minute, my friend cancelled and that's why I stayed alone in a double room. Even though I didn't have space problems except the bathroom, I think the room was a bit small for 2 people. And also the bathroom (especially shower) was very small.

Sound insulation with respect to the corridor and the other rooms is not great, but if you are used to sleeping with earplugs it is no big deal.

Great position, one minute walking from the metro station at Place d'Italie. Small room but comfortable. Wi-Fi. Clean. Boulangerie and pizzeria nearby. Nice staff. The reception is always staffed and feels very safe.

The sound insulation is not very good, so, if your neighbours get up early, then you hear them.

The rooms clean, the bed and pillow are comfortable. The staff is very nice. The location is very good - a non-touristic neighbourhood, cafes and shops nearby, metro station nearby (easy connection to all major sights).

I liked the team, the localisation of the hotel (south of Paris, close by walk - meaning : 30 mini of slow walk - to the Pantheon part, Saint-Germain)

However, there is not at all any soundproofing from the walls and doors. Everything that happens in the corridor, stairs, and rooms around you are crystal clear. Literally everything! It felt you're in the same space with others, just that you can't see their faces. So, it's not possible at all to get a comfortable lie in because people start to shower/cleaning/going around in early morning and you will hear all of it. Your sleep quality really depends on the leniency of your neighbours. Also, because the door and walls are quite leaky, the room is very chilly in cold winter nights (when ~0 degree outside). It won't help even if the radiator is fully on. I put on three layers and covered two blankets in order to keep just warm enough at sleep.

Room is sparkling clean. No bed bug issue. Housekeeping everyday to keep everything tidy. Hot water is pretty good. Borrowed a hairdryer from reception and it's clean too. Staff were really helpful. Like other reviewers said, it's simple and just a place to sleep when traveling. Don't expect luxury. I think the hotel staff did a pretty good job in keeping things clean and in place. It's super close to all the buses and metro lines so it's still pretty easy to get to other tourist attractions. Plenty of shops, restaurants and cinemas nearby.

the bed sheets and mattress had some stains (but they were clean). wifi was not always reliable (good enough for random access, i wouldn't trust it for working)

The door was more or a "room divider" than an entrance door to your hotel room. Which means a gap between door and floor. So you hear people when they open their doors and when they talk or do whatever in the room. Not a big problem for me; guests seemed considerate. I would also have appreciated a small fridge in the room.

OK deal for the price. As always in Paris, rooms are small. Considering that, the room and bathroom in this hotel had entirely ok size. Cleanliness seemed excellent; bed was also clean, good linen and good to sleep in. Bathroom *slightly* cold, but ok (it was unseasonably cold in Paris). Location obviously not particularly exciting, but safe and (only) 7-8 minutes walk to Rue Mouffetard. Basically, everything ok. NOTE: I did NOT have breakfast in the hotel, so I cannot comment on that. One could even say that the place is somewhat better than similar-priced hotels in Paris.

Nothing I didn't like. Great, value for money hotel in central Paris. Don't come expecting luxury - it's a basic place to sleep. You don't come to Paris to spend your day in a hotel. After a day sightseeing you want a place to lay your head. This hotel is perfect for this.

Excellent location in the heart of the 13th Arrondisment. Less than 100m from Place d'Italie metro stop on line 6. Excellent choice of restaurants & bars within a few moments walk too. Lots of choice in Asian restaurants too. If you like Japanese/Thai/Chinese/Vietnamese food, the 13th Arr is for you! Italie 2 Shopping centre just across the road too - great choice for shopping. Owner of the hotel very friendly. Nice, easy check-in experience; he took time to give us recommendations for different places for dinner.

The hotel kept the room keys while you were out of the hotel which I didn't mind, it saves me having to keep it in my pocket while out and about, but when requesting it back in the evening I just walked in and asked for the room key and there was no check to see if I was the correct person. Nothing bad happened but it didn't feel super secure.

Friendly staff, good location, walking distance to Accor Arena.
