The microwave and kettle shared a plug socket, which was up above pur heads on a shelf. This was difficult, particularly with the kettle. There was demolition work directly outside which we weren't aware of before arrival. This didn't affect us once inside but was very noisy outside. The sofa bed mattress was quite firm, so not very comfortable.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was perfectly clean and we had everything we needed. The living area, bathroom and bedroom were a great size for us.

It was quite old and it showed, most of the workers were uninviting and not very helpful. The shower went cold very quickly and if someone used it before you you won't be able to use it for the rest of the day because it will be cold. You have to empty your bin and leave it behind reception, there's also no cleaning you have to pay extra for that.

Room was on the colder side and didn't feel particularly cosy, a fresh paint and maybe some other decorations could make it more welcoming. Mattress felt worn out.

Great location, staff very lovely, paid parking on the spot. Price for the location is good.

Shower head kept slipping down so constantly having to push it up throughout using. Sewage and full smell from drain in the afternoon that even toilet freshener didn't help. Hot water kept going off each day in the afternoon and took an hour to heat up which was a problem if you had plans to go out and couldn't wait for the water to heat up.

Great location, well equipped, comfortable. I come to Nice several times a year and need a place to work and cook my own food. I've tried a few other places that offer kitchenette, free WiFi and good location, but I keep coming back to Adagio Access as it's the best for the price.

Construction works on the roads, this couldn't be helped though. Property is just dated and in need of an upgrade/sprouse up.

Location was great, very close to old town, restaurants and beach. Staff were helpful and friendly upon arrival and when we had any questions.

I had to upgrade to get a more decent studio. The superior studios are much much better. One of the receptionists was not very helpful but the other one was very good.

Some of the facilities were a bit shabby.

The hotel is well located, not far from city center. There are supermarkets and a shopping center nearby. The kitchen is well-equipped.

On my first day, I had to wait 2 hours after my friend to take a shower at night. We showered "earlier" the remaining days so it never happened again, but its not a good thing to not have hot water available any time.. Wifi connection wasn't good in my room. I ended up using my data most of the time. Also, the "kitchen" could have more utensils (variety wise) for food preparation. But we managed :)

Good location and service. Room was comfy and I liked the balcony. I pity I didn't managed to use it. Overall, it was good for cost/quality.

Excellent location. Very close to the center and well communicated. It is near restaurants and the port. The rooms are equipped with a kitchen box, an en-suite bathroom, and a balcony. It has all the necessities for a comfortable stay. The staff was helpful.

The facility needs some updating, also the first night, the hot water ran out for the second person who showered, the staff should have warned us beforehand to wait a bit longer to shower due to the hot water capacity.

Good location accessible to buses and trams. The room has a small alcove of kitchenette, so convenient for fixing drinks and breakfast. Also I appreciate that there is a water dispenser in the lobby.

Breakfast was not varied at all during the entire stay (few options, lack of fruit and vegetables).

The prime location and room amenities exceeded my expectations. The hotel's proximity to the city center was a major plus, allowing for convenient exploration of the vibrant surroundings. The friendly staff added a warm touch to the stay. Overall, I highly recommend Aparthotel Adagio Access Nice Acropolis for its excellent location, well-appointed rooms, and welcoming atmosphere.

The room and facilities weren't as nice in person as they were in pictures. Room looked smaller and less modern.

The place was very easy to find and is located in a nice area of the city close to a lot of shops and restaurants and is just a 10/15 walk away from Old Nice. Staff was very nice. The room looked a bit better and bigger in pictures but it was okay and clean! We also did our laundry, paid $5 for washing and $2 for drying and the machine worked perfectly fine.

The room didn't get any sun , but I imagine that during the summer season which can be very hot that would be a bonus. It was at the back of the hotel which meant that it was vey quiet.

The room was exactly as I expected. It was smallish but it had a small kitchen area with enough space and equipment to cook if I wanted to, and plenty of room to make snacks and cups of teas. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean and crisp. There was even a small balcony which was great . The location was extremely convenient, close to the tram system, but in any case within easy walking distance to the old town and the beach. I guess that the hotel could do with a bit of redecoration and refurb. but it was clean and everything worked.
