There was a free shuttle service to the airport, which is good, but unfortunately it came for us 30 mins late and then dropped us in the French sector rather than the international, which was a bit stressful on the way to a flight. They also block 200E from your card for cleaning and rubbish disposal.

Good layout of apartment for 4 to share, plus small kitchen. The pool was a bonus and we really enjoyed a swim after checkin. Ideal for a one-night stopover before or after a flight as this is well priced accommodation for Geneva.

Unable to avail of free transport to the airport as the bus is only available from the hotel before 10am.

Nice room and facilities. Great location, within walking distance of bus stops and supermarkets. Hotel was lovely and warm.

TV was French channels only (even one English language news channel would be nice) and the bathroom (shower) was only semi functional.

Facilities were good such as the kitchen and having free access to parking and a pool.

Change of bedding and towels could have been more frequent in a three week stay

Very comfortable room with good amenities (small kitchen, access to washing machine and dryer, pool, etc.). Staff were friendly and helpful. Very close to shops and bus stops to go to Geneva.

Lower priced than hotels in Geneva, and quite close to Ferney-centre bus stop which has many departures to Geneva which take 20-30 minutes. Clean.

Looks very dated. Arrived at around 11pm with 3 children, so had booked a room for 4 but only had 3 cups in the apartment, two towels, 3 tea bags 🥴 and three duvets 🥴 had to go down to reception to sort this which wasn't great being so late and tired.

Room had a small fridge that made too much noise. It was not possible to manage the temperature of the room and it was excessively hot.

Location is very good. A few blocks from the border with Switzerland. Easy to get too by car. Indoor pool had a nice size but water was quite cold. It was a good stay and I would repeat for sure.

The swimming pool was so nice! The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable and well equipped with everything to prepare a meal if necessary, or to make coffee or tea, and the bathroom was quite ample. We had to check out in a hurry at five a.m. because of a medical situation and the staff was very nice, giving us info about hospitals and transportation. Plus, they were nice enough to refund us for the breakfast we had paid for the previous evening.

as soon as you arrive at the hotel, you must pay the entire amount plus a deposit in the amount of 200 euros. Also, the room did not have a hairdryer, you can take it from the reception, but if you l eave your personal documents

The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the facilities are good. The staff are nice. It’s 5min walking distance to the bus stop to Geneva, in addition they provide a free shuttle bus from the hotel to the airport when we are leaving. The quality over the price is very good!!

Late check in (3pm). I arrived in Geneva at 8.50 am and asked the hotel for early check in. They answered that earliest check in can be arranged from 12 o'clock and for additional charges of 40 Euros. To pay 40 Euros for 3 hours it is non sense. Normaly, the check in should be at 12 o'clock, and early check in much earlier. At check in they charged the full amount of the booking and additionally temporarily blocked 200euros from my account as a guarantee for any eventual damage in the room!!! On check out, as I had to leave early in the morning at 6.30 I asked for the breakfast to be packed , they said it is not possible to do that. The pool was not as good as it looked like on the pictures. The water is cold, the changing room cold and not so clean as it should be, no towels or bathrobe available. No staff available at the pool area to assist the guests. In general I am surprised about many strange policies and rules the hotel has. Instead of pleasing the guests they have strict rules without any flexibility.

The room is nice, for single occupancy quite ok. It has small kitchenette with microwave oven and kettler. The bed was comfortable and pillows, too. Pretty quite surrounding and pleasant to rest after the long exhausting day. Very good breakfast with variety of different choices and pleasant breakfast room. Maybe the best part of the stay. The location was good, close to the bus station one in two minutes and another in 6 minutes walking distance. Supermarket in 10 minutes walking distance. Close to the Geneva airport.
