Family room tight for space and no practical hanging space for jackets etc. Toilet, shower, sink split across 3 spaces not ideal. Lighting for make-up could be better. Bunk bed mattresses a little hard.

Breakfast was excellent, one of the best continental selections!! Very comfy double bed. Good location and quiet space. Good value for money.

Rooms are small but clean. The main problem for us was the heating in the room, around 19 °C. Very cold outside and inside the temperature wasn't friendly.

Breakfast was fine, not so diversified, but ok. The location is great, very close to Jules Joffrin metro station, and also the bus station.

Great value hotel, good location - close to Metro 4 and 12 so can easily get anywhere in the city. Cosy and comfortable. Good breakfast - gluten free bread available.

The room was very small.

The breakfast is quite complete and there was always space for us. The room is pleasant. There are two metro stations at walking distance. The neighborhood seems safe. The hotel is clean.

Difficult to fault it for what we were looking for. Other reviews mention storage but there was enough room under the bed and hangers to put coats and shirts up. Sound proofing was minimal however we never had any issues with excessive noise.

Perfect location for exploring Paris. In a locals area, but a walk or metro away from what you want to see. Check in and check out we’re super easy with friendly staff. Room facilities ideal for a short stay.

Maybe more comfortable pillows all the same size and shape

Our room was always kept very clean and the bed was comfortable. We also thought the breakfast with the many choices available was excellent. Very nice hotel in a Quiet neighbourhood.

The elevator was out for our entire stay so we had to carry our 2 year old daughter, her stroller and our bags up and down the stairs. Makes for a decent work out but if you have some mobility issues/needs might want to call in to see what the status of the elevator is.

Loved having the breakfast there, nothing fancy but it was enough to get us fueled and ready to go until brunch/late lunch time. The freshly squeezed juice was delicious, wish I could have it now! The location was great for us. Not touristy at all. We felt like we were just another family walking around. It felt very homey and down to earth.

Room was tiny, don't bother if you have suitcases, you'll have to sleep with them. Rooms need maintenance, bathroom door didn't close, had to lift into position,, the hot tap was cold etc, few minor points. Towels have seen better days, very threadbare and stained, similar to bedding. Overall the hotel needs investment

The room was incredibly small and overpriced for what it was.

The bathroom was lovely and the views were very Parisian. Breakfast was great and well organised.

Two of the three rooms were a little too small - could barely fit the suitcases. In one of the rooms there was a huge water stain in the shower floor, the sink was leaking a bit on its base and the bathroom door did not shut completely. OK for one night, but would be a no-no for a long stay for me. Also the area was a bit sketchy if you used the northern metro station, saw a lot of homeless and sketchy people on the way to the hotel - but much better when we used the southern metro station.

The hotel is perfectly placed in Montmartre, great for a couple of nights. The guys at the reception were super helpful and polite, and the breakfast was great with a big range of choices for all tastes. Rooms are air conditioned but keep in mind that everything was controlled centrally, had to ask the receptionist to turn off the air condition.

I think Air conditioning was faulty as could not set it it was set at 24 degrees and weather outside was very hot.

the room wasn’t maintained well. ex. toilet paper holder was broken and toilet paper roll down onto the floor, but they won’t fix it.

you can walk to Montmartre. there are many choices of restaurants nearby.

The room was much smaller than expected and there was little space between the walls and the bed. I also missed having hotel slippers, especially since I didn't take any myself as I expected these would be provided in the room.

The bed was big and comfy and it was good to have breakfast from 6-10 am so there was always enough time to eat.
