1-Room key cards stop working everyday, each time we need to go to reception. 2-There’s no way to reach to the fitness room. It was more like a small staff working room. You need to pass through staff rooms at -1 floor. There was a very high level of bad smell in the area. 3-There wasn’t enough towels, no bath slippers available in the room.

The rooms are outdated and needs renovation for this price point and the facilities are a bit rundown due to high demand but it’s not a bad experience in general the hotel will be on my shortlist for next trips to Paris

It’s the best location in Paris . The reception staff and the bell captains are all extremely friendly and helpful . House keeping is good and clean.Room size is great for Paris hotels

Getting a drink in the bar was shockingly bad considering the ridiculous price charged for it, attempted it 4 different times before simply giving up. A friend was served a cold coffee.

Check-inn wasn't friendly and lack of information, rooms need to be renovated.

Location is the best part, concierge service was perfect so is the bill captain and for the first time they manage to give most of the rooms next to each other (thanks).

The beds are very small. The family room struggles to accommodate for 4 people. 3 coffees in the bar lounge were 40 euros

waiting for my 2 rooms for 3 hrs after checking time pass, they offer me cold drinks for my family but later charge me for that 80 euros plus force me to eat on the hotel restaurant make me spend another 280 euros JUST BECAUSE NEEDS TO WAIT FOR MY ROOMS

Got ill from food poisoning but the staff did not make us aware that there was an oncall doctor who could visit. For a 5 star hotel, it had a rather plain entrance and no on site parking.

Staff was fairly accommodating. The decor was nice.

The reception staff did not follow my request on which card to deduct from although I told them 3 times. Eventually, the amount was deducted twice because non of the reception staff listened to my request. I booked free cancellation and payment at the property, yet the hotel deducted big amount of money saying they are only testing if I have money in my credit card!

However, this hotel charged a lot but the room was not very clean (floor was worn and old) and also the details were not there like one of the phone did not work, standing shower rod was kind of broke, and the bed mattress was not in a good shape. We have a teenage traveling with us and we told the hotel ahead of time. However, I have to call the service to get enough towels for three persons. Overall, I was a bit disappointed on the value of the room vs what I paid.

No question about that this hotel is in the great location(heart of Champs Elysees) especially if you were planning for the New Year eve count down in Paris around Arc de Triomphe. The staffs were polite and professional. They let us ahead of time to get new year eve arrangement done. A free champagne for new year eve was a great addition from the staff.

hotel location was very nice. managers of the hotel were helpfull and cared all our needs. but mrs johanna, the receptionist, was very rude and she did not gave the room at noon to us and she asked more payment to get the room. during our stay, she behaved very rudely to us. she never helped us during our stay.
