Surprised there was no kettle (or milk sachets) in the room or kitchen for a cup of tea. There was a coffee maker for which sachets could be purchased downstairs.

Hotel in a quiet location on a regular bus route into Rennes. Plenty of parking. Room and en-suite large but no frills. Had a twin room with comfy beds. On 5 floors with two excellent lifts.

Charging €12 for my dog was excessive! Nothing was provided (nor was it required), and I naturally ensured there was no extra cleaning to do. For this reason alone, I won't use this chain again. I dislike paying parking fees as a hotel guest too, but was aware of the charge when booking.

The room was very bright, with a tiny, but  functional kitchenette. There was one very small desk/table and just one chair, so trying to actually cook would be very difficult, as there was nowhere to put anything down! Shops and restaurants are within walking distance, as is the lovely Parc de Gayeulles.

I had asked for gluten free breakfast and the lady at breakfast didn't really seem to know what to do. We were in a hurry so ended up not having the patience to chase it up. B

The parking should be free for the guests who are already paying for the accommodation. The common areas on floor 2 need a touch up: the wall paint is coming off and it makes the area look shabby.

Large and comfortable aparthotel with a cosy kitchen area that’s well equipped with everything. The bathroom is large and with a powerful shower and hardryer. The sofa bed for my child was very comfortable, the staff at the reception was very friendly. I would definitely choose it again.

The biggest issue here in summer is no air-conditioning. It was a hot day and the apartment was like a sauna. There was a fan but it only cooled down at night when we left the windows wide open. The beds are a bit hard. Although I wouldn't say it was dirty, a little more cleaning around the bathtub is needed. Having said that, we would happily stay 2 to 3 nights there for a longer visit in Rennes (just not in summer!)

The apartment is spacious and comfortable, the kitchenette is very handy, the staff was very nice. Convenient secure outdoor parking with no height restrictions. Supermarket and restaurants only 5 min walking distance.

Very clean and tidy hotel. Spacious room and massive bathroom. Coffee machine was great and they had all the amenities that other hotels in the same price range often leave our (fridge, crockery, pots/pans etc.) Location is slightly further out from Rennes city centre but is close to two metro stations which we used and found to be an incredibly efficient service to get in and out of the city.

The bed was equipped with 2 similar sized pillows, both of which were stuffed a little too much. Even with only 1 pillow, I still felt my head is very high, ended sleeping with my head on a folded towel. It would be nice if the bed had 1 higher and 1 lower pillow to choose from. This is really the only (small) negative I can say.

The staff of the hotel was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The bed was great. Metro line B which comes every 5 minutes is in a short walking distance from the hotel and provides quick access to the city centre and especially to the university campus which is only 1 stop away.

We only had a fan (really strong one), but no air-conditioning, and it was really hot. As we were on the first floor we could not open the windows due to mosquitoes. Instructions were only half translated to English (cleaning, garbage disposal etc.).

The apartment was really large - large bedroom, bathroom and living room, plus a hall with build-in wardrobe. A lot of storage space and excellent kitchenette equipped with everything. Clean, new furniture!
