Nothing it was all good and very good value for money

We stayed here two nights ago and was so relieved to be out of the city and in a quiet comfortable place that had many more facilities than many other hotels around. The wellness centre was fabulous, the beds comfortable, nice to have a fridge in the room for a change And the staff were so welcoming.

We were welcomed at this property and loved the facilities. Wonderful Spa sauna and pool and welcome drink at the bar. The restaurant wasn't open but they recommended one up the road which was fantastic, great service and amazing food

The room had a stale odour, we had to open the windows to get rid of the smell, but unfortunately the smell just returned, it was apparent as soon as we opened the door. The heavy duvet was much to warm at night.

The facilities in the hotel were top class. The room was spacious.

It was too far from a swimming beach and our bedroom and bathroom was very small and a bit too functional.

The sauna, jacuzi & swimming pool were fantastic. The hotel and our bedroom was cleaned to a very high standard. There was a lovely choice for breakfast. The staff were wonderful and very helpful.

The hotel is a bit far away from the city center - around 30 min walk from the Old Port.

The staff at the hotel were amazing and so welcoming! They were helpful with everything we needed and were always there for us. The overall facilities were great: the hotel has a nice pool, a little terrace where you can hang out, a restaurant by the beach, and access to the sea. The breakfast was also great. The room we stayed in was clean, quiet and spacious enough for 2 people. The hotel also has free parking in case you have a car.

The hotel was old and had probably not been renovated in a while, but still clean. The pool was indoor. Slighly overpriced in my eyes but still an ok. stay

The room was nice, clean but small. The parking is in a private parking lot. Ocean is just a few meeters away. Restaurants were close to getting to.

There aren't very good bus connections to the old town and Muguel beaches and botanical gardens every day, and they also don't run late. I would recommend having a car.

Great little spa hotel. The staff are wonderful. Spa facilities are excellent. The room and bathroom were really well designed and the bed was so comfortable. There is a kettle and a fridge. The terrace was quaint and useful. All the surrounding areas are designed and tended in great detail. Sea is just one minute away! You can have a lady come to do a massage in dedicated facilities. Great beaches 8-20 minutes away to suit all needs. On-site restaurant.

The rooms are basic and dated and the bed was a comfy if a little lumpy twin pulled together to make a double. We didn’t use the spa as the weather was perfect so spent our time at Grande Plage

The location was good for beaches and restaurants and it was quiet. The staff were lovely and spoke very good English.

Good facilities in and around the hotel so that you don’t even have to leave or go far away to enjoy everything: pool, bubble baths, buffet breakfast and bar, private acces to (stoney) beach, private parking lot.

Breakfast was great for a very reasonable price. Spa was fine, a bit too cold for winter and not very comfortable to change at. Room was small and ok but pricey.

Very convenient to coast and local restaurants. The hosts were helpful to non-French speakers. We arrived late afternoon and rested before going to Le Nautique for dinner. The location is away from some of the heavy coast traffic in La Ciotat.

I missed the kettle to boil a water for a coffe or tea in the room, and some glasses or coffee cups, that would be so nice to have it in the morning. I would prefer also that duvet was dressed with some linge, as using it just like that doesn't seem hygenic.

Location is great, a bit on a side of the town so less crowdy and calm. I liked a lot 'espace detente', the garden with long chairs to relax in the shadow of the trees. My favorite corner of the place. Beach is 5 min walk. Service extremely pleasant and friendly.

It is located near the sea, but there is no sea view from the hotel room. However, we enjoyed watching trees.

Easy access to the private beach where clear water and the restaurant located just beside the sea served very good sea foods. Swimming pool and spa facility were also available.

Very old worn out mattresses. Noisy, smelly old dirty rooms. Close to sewage pipes. The beach is a joke, its a bunch of rocks. The breakfast is very basic. There has been no maintenance done,. The owner of this hotel is using this as a cash cow. The double booked our room!

This is not a 3 star hotel, its all very rundown, mattresses are complete worn out. There is hairs and feces in the toilet and sink. The rooms smell, the breakfast you have to "reserve" before going into the breakfast room. The staff is pretty hypocrite as they knew we had a room with bad mattresses and they gave us another one, with the same bad mattresses. You can hear the toilet drains running, the old ac units peeping and sqeeking.and they have rented our room to other persons as well, while we still paid for it

Tired rooms, ours was very, very small. Hotel generally a bit rundown. Outside area unloved and under-used. Beach-front rocky and graffitied, although still lovely to be so close to the sea. Stairs had cigarette ash on when we arrived, still there when we left.

V pleasant staff, great pool, sauna and jacuzzi - almost as if belonged to another hotel - albeit had to go outside and 'round the back' to get there. Breakfast was varied and good quality.
