It was a very tight fit considering it was a two bedroom apartment. You couldn't fit a suitcase in the rooms. We had four large ones so the lounge room was full with suitcases. They do not clean your room unless you stay for 8 nights, considering the price cleaning should be included.

We had the apartment with two bedrooms. The apartment was nice and clean. Had a lot of good facilities and two showers. The location is not too far from the city We were able to navigate our way to and from the hotel quite quickly. Loved the available water in the lobby and the washing and drying facilities really came in handy. The beds were comfortable, lots of pillows provided.

Well functioning air condition. Quiet both regarding traffic and other residents. Solid walls. No internet issues. No spectacular view, but a nice quiet back yard with bird song. Three bathrooms also a great plus.

The property was fine however the staff did not provide us with much information. No information about facilities, when and if the room would be cleaned. We were there 4 nights and didn’t get fresh towels etc.

-The bathtub had a weird defect like rust. It was a big spot and we didn’t want to use it for health purposes. -Rooms do not have slippers -Parking costs €25 per night, i find it a little too much. I would be happy with €15 max. -Kettle stinks, we didnt use it

The rooms are spacious, we needed to book a room for 4 people and they gave us a room with 2 rooms inside which can host 4 people in total. The bed was comfortable. The location is good, there is a metro station nearby and it costs like 10 euros by cab to Eiffel. It makes more sense to get a cab if there are like 4 people in your company. There was a kitchen in our room, it had all the necessary equipment to cook, even a dishwasher. You can just grab a pack of pasta in case if you get hungry in the evening. Overall the rooms were clean, hotel was super quiet. There is a parking lot underneath the building. Room had a balcony, a big one.

1. The kettle for boiling water in the apartment was broken. The staff has been informed about this (in English and French). It was not replaced during the entire stay. 2. There was an unpleasant chemical smell in the apartment that was coming from under the sink, which required frequent ventilation.

The toilet. The bathroom and the toilet were separate, and the toilet itself was very, very small. It would be very difficult if you are claustrophobic or a little oversized.

The room was large enough for a family of two adults and two kids. The kids used the sofabed to sleep, which was easy to convert, and we used it as seating in the days. The location was good as well. It was a half-minute walk to the tram and a 7-8-minute walk to the metro. Then, it took around 30 minutes to reach the heart of the city.

For long stay, I would prefer weekly cleaning. For short stay, maybe daily cleaning/on-demand cleaning service is better.

The only one staff, the breakfast chef, that also worked on the reception during the weekend. Definitely a very unpleasant person to deal with.

Hi there, staff was great, mainly the girl who greeted us when we checked in and out, the only exception was the breakfast chef who also worked on the front desk that seemed to be always in a bad mood and unhappy to deal with customers. Not sure why dealing with customers if he clearly does not like it.

In the bathroom, the bathtub stopper was not working, neither an external stopper was provided. The television in the room is not a smart TV. We cannot cast our mobile to the TV.

Aparthotel Adagio overall has a nice location. You will find multiple restaurants nearby. We found an Indian restaurant as well and the food was nice. The tram station and bus stop is right in front of the Hotel. Grocery store is also at walking distance. The hotel staff is very friendly and helped us with all our queries. I specifically thank the reception staff for allowing us to stay at the reception area after our checkout for sometime as it was raining outside. The rooms are clean and colorful. The kitchen is well equipped with all the necessary utensils, cutlery and white goods. The bed is comfortable and we were overwhelmed to see that the hotel provided us extra bed for our 2 years old kid.

We lived in the service apartments and the Property is conveniently located to the tram n train line with close proximity to landmarks such as Notredame Cathedral, Eiffel Tower & Louvre museum.
