I think the space is short and there was not the bidè and so near to Italy is a problem!

The view is spectacular! Frigo bar offered entirely!

a bit far to walk to the town centre but lovely walk along the sea so was ok in the end.

Hotel parking lot with not enough spaces for all guests who are planning to come by car. Recomendation to book your parking lot well before arrival.

Parking in front of the hotel was booked, they had an off-site parking lot 5 minutes away. There are not many restaurant options nearby in the off-season. We had to walk about 10 minutes in any direction to find anything worthwhile.

The hotel was extremely affordable and right on the beach. If you want to see the amazing Cote d'Azure for an affordable price, look no further. Monaco is right up the road, easily reached in 20 minutes. The rooms are clean and nice, great size. We did not have breakfast.

Lots of different hairs on the sheets in the bed... appears the bedlinen may have been dragged along the floor! Noise from around. The man snoring in the next room was very audible. Lift opposite our room. Repair works started taking place next to our room very early in the morning. Very busy road out back when sat admiring the seaview on the balcony.

Very comfortable bed. Large flat screen tv. Nice room but not as clean as expected and very compact. QqFriendly and helpful staff. Great seaview!

There was only cattle (NO espresso machine) although it was written in the booking. We had a very bad clogged in the bathtub, the water didnt drain for the whole night. Simple design and outdated facilities Too many massages and e-mails from the hotel!! We got more than 15 massages (most of them in french), about our upcoming vacation.

Nice stuff, good location. There is a parking spot but not at the property and cost 15€ per night. Free soda drink cans and "KitKat" in the room

Shower pressure could have been better but that was the only thing that sprung to mind.

We stayed at Prince de Galles six years ago and it was at least as good as we remember it. The welcome was excellent, the room was clean and comfortable and the bed was firm and supportive. In addition, the rooms have been refurbished since we were there before. The breakfast was excellent.

Not enough staff after 6pm so although it says 24 hour reception they say they can’t leave the desk - Some might find the road noisy if they open the windows but didn’t bother us - worth having that amazing view and swimming at your feet

The sea view The palms The balcony The bed The cleanliness. Poor chambermaid had to deal with sand and grit from the beach in the shower. Oh and the fact the lovely little beach is just opposite. So what if it’s not private ? Its the heavenly Med !

The staff was excellent! I'm bad with names but Harmony and everyone at the desk were super helpful. The gentleman and Naomi in the dining rooms were a joy as were the room staff. Will be back this winter :) Loved it! Stephen

The location is far from the center of Menton, so you will have to walk quite a bit to enjoy the city (circa 20 min), which can be troublesome in case of heatwave.

The room are spacious and the view in front of the sea is gorgeous. Great air-conditioning, good breakfast, friendly & helpful staff. Plus, the hotel is near a private beach and a nice restaurant.

Limited hotel parking, although there was plenty of on street parking. We managed to get one of the free places on the sea front. Result!

Location right beside the sea, slightly out of the main part of town. Linked with a very good beach complex (sun beds & restaurant) called Solenzara. very comfortable room with free mini bar restocked daily.
