When we arrived there were road works outside. Our host gave us an appartment at the back of the property so we would not be affected by the noise. Location was great. Short walk to everything and the market was on the doorstep.

Wonderfully helpful hosts who provided exceptional service. A traditional, nothing fancy hotel ideal for a solo traveller like myself. I stayed for three nights.

The look of the uneven (short) cobbled driveway up to the motorcycle storage compound - but it wasn't a problem.

Able to check in from 1pm onwards. Owners very helpful. Secured (uncovered) courtyard with enough space to store about 4 motorcycles. Only several bedrooms. A communal kitchen / diner to make your own drinks/food. Ensuite room very clean, warm & functional, but more like a YHA / hostel standard - perfect for a slightly bedraggled biker. Nice ""typical french" bar downstairs, which didnt serve food but also didnt stay open late. Location just round the corner from the beautiful old part of town. Plenty enough places to eat nearby, in walking distance.

The owner was great. I speak no French but he still booked us in and gave us secure parking for our motorbike and showed us to our room. Next morning he led us through the busy market. The room was spotlessly clean and all of the staff were very helpful

Language was a slight problem but we coped. No restaurant but several places available in town.

Easy to find, with parking opposite. This was quite an old building, with old stone steps up to the room. It was ideal as a one night stopover. Breakfast was basic bread and jam but delicious.

We were two very wet cyclists and the manager was kind enough to get us quickly settled and had facilities for storing the bicycles and to dry our wet clothes. The rooms are comfortable if a bit dated.

it’s a pub and it’s basic but the staff and the location are perfect! Don’t stay here if you want luxury but it’s a perfect stopover and the staff could not be more helpful and welcoming! would definitely return!

Excellent location. Quiet at night. Comfortable bed and nicely decorated room. Not grand luxe but tasteful and we'll maintained. Carlos le patrón is incredibly helpful and liked by all. He arranged for us to be collected from the station and organised a driver for us to allow us to walk the Tour de Morvan.. A lot of regulars use the bar. Small residents' kitchen to make tea, coffee or even a meal. Overall excellent value for money.

The bathroom had a bath and French shower. Neighbouring rooms were easily heard.

The room had the necessary facilties and very easy to use Wifi. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The bed was large. Service was very prompt. It is in a pretty and quiet town

Lovely place and very comfortable and clean. There is a small kitchen-dining room where you can prepare your own meals. The owners are really sweet people and made me feel very welcome. On Saturday morning there is a nice market right on the doorstep. But in spite of the fact that my room was on the streetside it was very quiet at night. The wonderful old city centre is right around the corner. So highly recommended!
