The view wasn't as promising like it was on the pictures, and the room seems smaller then in the description. And its an open bathroom from one side. And the first day they didn't change the towels

You had to spend 50Euro per person to go to the rooftop bar. The menu was very small….I understand having to have a reservation but I think a 2 drink per person should be enough. Just a thought….The service was so slow there…. Also… the nespresso machine in the room was impossible to operate….. I have one similar at home so I am familiar with this kind of machine. Maybe put a directional card next to it ?? That would be helpful.

Love the location….. close to the train station and restaurants and coffee shops.

Not that I did not like it but bathtub and shower can be improved. Tub is too high for kids and water splashes when you take shower.

I liked the location and also the room size. Also room is cleaned everyday with fresh towels.

I stayed in 2 different rooms and both has low water pressure in the shower. Check in was delayed till 5 due to Easter vacation. The breakfast could be better especially in the field of hygiene where everyday we have that bad smell from cups, plates, or tables The underground parking isn’t related to the hotel but you access the hotel directly. It is big, clean but too expensive

Excellent location, easily accessible. You can find everything within a walking distance. The hotel is renovated, staff friendly ; the rooms are very large compared to other hôtels in Paris. Elevators are plenty and fast. We stayed in a suite and as well had access to the VIP check in and saloon in the lounge where you can have a rest and drink during check in and out

The housekeeping staff who serviced our hotel room the day before we checked out could have done a better job as on all the other days the service was consistent. Complementary water, some towels and other amenity were not replenished. We had to call housekeeping twice to get these.

We liked everything about the property. The hotel room and bathroom were aesthetically pleasing and big enough given the European hotel room standards. The hotel in general was very clean with modern and beautiful finishes. The hotel and concierge staff were helpful and could communicate in English, special mention to Gaelle, Charlotte, Laura and Ousmane for all the assistance that they provided.

The bed was a bit hard for comfort. Also the 100 euro per night deposit which ended up as 700 euros for us which i thought was a bit excessive and quite stressful to have on hold whilst on holiday.

Convenient location near Montparnasse Bienvenue station which has many train connection. Also one of the few hotels with a high up view of Paris which was very nice. Provided complementary water which is always a plus.

The view was exceptional, and the breakfast had good variety with quality food. However, the Skydeck is closed on specific weekdays, and is not part of the hotel, so booking and extra spending is required to go up there.

On the Friday evening my wife and I decided to have a nightcap at the bar. I'm still in a state of shock having paid €47.00 for a double slate irish whisky and a single 47 liqcure. At least Dick Turpin had the decency to wear a mask when he was robbing you.

The dual shower was great, however, whilst the waterfall head worked well, the second shower head was loose and therefore lacked pressure as water was leaking.

The staff were incredibly polite and welcoming and the property is beautiful. the rooms are a great size and well decorated, with good amenities.

The only downside was that we couldn’t connect to Netflix from our tv and though we reported the problem 4 times, it was never resolved.

The hotel is lovely, clean and smells great! Charlotte, the concierge was extremely friendly and helpful!

Taking an escalator/elevator to reach the lobby was not too convenient. The rooms are slightly smaller than expected. Wifi was very slow during my stay, unable to properly browse or do video calls, with no options to upgrade to a faster service. Also there was one or two times where cleaning service walked in the room without knocking.

I have known this hotel for many years before it became Pullman and was Le Meridien. The rooms and elevators are nicely upgraded, with a very modern touch. Christmas decorations were superb in the lobby. It is situated in the heart of Montparnasse with easy access to transportation and restaurants. Right next door is a nice mall with a nice food court. Special shout out the Grab and Go coffee shop staff, which were super nice and friendly!
