Room facilities such as tea and coffee could be massively improved, as could the prices for a simple breakfast.

Multi-lingual staff. Clean gym and pool, as well as comfy relaxing areas. Nice grounds.

The staff was rude, literally hysterical (Asian girl at the spa), poor speaking of both English and French and generally provided the worst service and attitude I ever experienced in a Bonvoy hotel, and in a hotel in general for as far I can remember. The breakfast was average and the machine self made coffee in ugly cups was not a nice touch either. The hotel is soulless and the staff displays a hugely provincial limited attitude. Very disappointing.

In the breakfast they didn't have vegetarian sausage option but they offered other options so that was fine. In the future please consider expanding vegetarian options a bit more.

Room was excellent. We had the view of the country club from the room which felt really nice. The entire staff team was super helpful and amazing service. I would definitely go back when I'm in Paris next time. The hotel lobby and other areas were immaculate. Excellent breakfast choice with a lovely decor. Simply loved it. The quality and taste of the breakfast also top notch. Can't fault the service either. Very positive experience for family with little kids.

hight in price in terms of location

i really like the hotel, felt at home, sparkly clean room, spacious, big space for clothes. the staff very kind. parking was free either in basement or outdoor.

They can not find my booking .as I book by booking.com Was tried after long drive they changed room . charge me two times deposit..I have to argue until they make new booking and pay more

Difficult to get transportation (taxis, Uber, buses) and restaurant that is closed all day Sunday and Monday….

I would have liked to have a thinner blanket. Even though we had the air conditioning on, it was quite suffocating under that massive blanket.

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The room was rather big and with good amenities.

The biggest drawback from our point of view was that they try to mix renting out rooms in the basement for meetings and offices, with family bookings. When we used the soccer-game in the basement, the kids where cheering when they scored goals and having fun. Someone complained that there was kids in the basement, so we closed the door and did not make that much noise. Next time we went down, the ball for the game was missing. They removed the ball for both the soccer game and the table tennis, clearly prioritising the meetings over the kids, apart from in the pool. So we used the pool allot which was really good, but after that it was noting to do for kids in the hotel. They did not feel enough at home to move around in the hotel by them selves either. And there is not to much to do in the area around, we were hoping the country club next to the hotel would give some possibilities, but it was not open for tourists they said.

* The breakfast was high quality, but they had problems making sure everything was available all the time. * The pool was really good. * Our room was OK size, with a huge bonus big ground floor balcony. (Minus for the balcony was a lot ow wasps, making it difficult to eat there. Not sure why but might be because of missing cleaning as there was some mess there from previous visitors) * Everything in the hotel was beautiful

If you wanted breakfast it would’ve been very expensive for a family. We got our own from the patisserie just up the road a short walk.

The swimming pool is a good size and not too busy even in 41 degrees heat that we had for our stay.
