the house where our rental was located was a bit far from pool, reception and kids playground. To unload the car a bit tricky . You had to park in front of the gate which is in a small street. Still doable but a bit uncomfortable.

The Facilities all in great construction. The Rental had everything you need. Staff very kind

We have two kids 4 & 2 and it was safe and quiet with great playgrounds/climbing frames , lovely small kids pool with views of the ocean , enjoyed running the trails in the morning around the headland , views were incredible. Recommend for a young family trying to get away from it all

A 4 p apartment is ideal for a couple, but perhaps a bit small for a group of four. The internet connection is rather slow, sometimes to the point of frustration. In a cooler season I would wish for a bit more direct sunlight on the balcony (ours was all north facing).

Small-scale complex overlooking the ocean, located in a green, hilly area, 500 m from the Route de la Corniche Basque. No traffic noise, beautifully landscaped, park-like grounds, a former estate with main building from 1925 in neo-Basque style. Friendly and helpful receptionist, providing maps and tourist information. We had a cozy apartment on the first floor, with one bedroom, two sofa beds (which we did not use), walk-in shower and heating, and a balcony with plastic furniture. Could accommodate four people. Modern kitchen with all amenities, apparently recently updated pots and pans, plenty of cutlery. Ample parking space. Direct access to the Sentier du Littoral leading from Hendaye to Socoa / St. Jean de Luz.

No air condition in extreme heat (+40 C), as well as no fans.

You have to make your bed on arrival sheets and towels come in plastic bags. In the end you have to undo the beds and fold them in the bed as they say. Pathetic. You need to clean the kitchen better than you received because they threaten to keep the deposit. The place was covered in dust and not cleaned, just as the previous guest left it, I would guess. There was dust and sand on the floor. You Have to take all the trash to the exterior bins! They tried not to give the deposit on the check out, needed to insist and face the unsympathetic staff that went to check the trash bins and the towels. The desk time was short and not flexible at all. All of this is Simply absurd for this kind of place.

Beautiful place , that could be wonderful if you shouldn't have to make your bed on arrival and clean the kitchen better than you received, and put the small trash in the bins on the exterior. Simply absurd for this kind of place. Some staff at reception was nice and very kind. The pool view and gardens.

Everything was fine, but keep in mind you need a car to get anywhere as there are no shops or attractions within a walking distance.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is well-designed and relaxing. The views are stunning so paying a bit extra for the sea-view room is worth it. You can order some baguettes or croissants and pick it up in the morning in the reception, so it's super convenient.

there was too much dirt 210.24€ were given in advance That day they told us that when you leave the hotel and go back to your home, we will return your money to you. but they didn't refund our money No And didn't tell any reason for it

Size of bedroom (cramped) and kitchen area (tiny). Balcony was completely shaded by large trees which hid the view of the sea and made it impossible to dry anything eg damp towels. Lack of wifi - we were told on arrival that the wifi was not very good but we did not have any at all after the first day. We did not get a phone signal or 4G signal at all either which caused us great concern, especially as we needed to be in contact with people at home. We had to walk around the grounds, like many others were doing to get a chance of a signal. The apartment was advertised as suitable for up to five persons; I would say two or three at the very most as it was very small and compact, with minimal storage and small rooms. Lastly, we were provided with one toilet roll to last us a week......

The apartment was clean and tidy.
