Need to offer alternative milk options. Only cows milk available even though on the 1st day I asked for none diary and was there for 5 days

We arrived home Saturday night, tired after a family wedding, to a disco/open air nightclub across the river from our rooms. We mentioned this to the receptionist, who told us it finishes at 1pm. Apparently this happens every Saturday! It would have been great to have fresh croissants from the bakery 2 doors away, not small ones from a plastic bag.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, without exception. Great location on the river and on the island of Brantome. Good coffee, great terrace. There is no AC so when its 33C in the day, we were concerned about it being cool at night, surprisingly, it was ok

Cleanliness was not to a very good standard. Cobwebs in room that were easily reachable. Carpet grimy. No aircon or fan which makes room uncomfortable during peak summer temperatures.

We were looked after extremely well. The staff ad management went out of their way for us, even changing our room at a moments notice.

The rooms were cute and cozy but also very small, yet pricy.

Beautifully located, charming hotel with wonderful staff. There were always kind, personal, flexible and willing to help out. Food and drinks were splendid.

The hotel restaurant doesn’t have an a la carte menu and the food was expensive and more of a gastronomical experience. Not suitable if you have children. There are a few different restaurants in Brantome though to choose from.

The Hotel is in a beautiful location looking over the river. Our family room was in the annexe building and was perfect for our family.

It was noisy cos of the road And all the facilities were shut Sunday and Monday

We ended up having a room in the annexe building which was quite small compared to some of the other rooms we saw, but not really an issue!

The hotel setting is beautiful on the river front with a lovely terrace for dinner/drinks and breakfast in the mornings. Staff very friendly and helpful Room clean and had all necessities provided

I would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

The room was a great size with a beautiful view of the river. The breakfast was superb! The dinner I had there was superb too! The staff were all so lovely.

The food. limited evening menu and very expensive and breakfast was not worth the money compared to other hotels we had stayed at during this trip, priced the same . There was no coffee or tea facilities in the room and due to the hot weather no A/C or offer of a fan .

Our only slight issue was that we thought the dinner menu was quite limited. The food was good but we felt it was expensive for what it was.

Well situated in Brantôme. Very comfortable. Pleasant, helpful staff.
